However, if someone's Sun, Moon, or Mercury aspects one of these planets, then they form an aspect with both, making them both prominent in the chart. The outer planets alter the expression of the personal planets, so even generational sign placements will be felt more. I think the 4th harmonic aspects would be felt the most. The house placements are important too, to see what area of life those energies manifest.

Unfortunately, my poor BIL doesn't meditate much (that I'm aware of), but he has recently been trying to get a better grip on his abilities, and I think it's slightly less overwhelming for him in recent months.

He has definitely had some shakeups, mostly related to serious (life threatening) health issues that started last summer, with both Pluto and Uranus hitting his Saturn and Pluto (I've gone through the same transits, but it's mostly affected my living arrangements and to some degree relationships).

I hope everyone here can keep him in their prayers, now that we're talking about it here.
He has had a lot of issues in his life, and he still battles with some of them. He's an amazingly talented guy (musician and chef, among other things).
So please keep him in your thoughts!

To add on I have Pallas conjunct Jupiter tight in Pisces (possibly exact) and parallel my Ascendant. That probably adds a lot more to it. My mom believes that I am psychic and was a soul that reincarnated somewhere outside of this world. She always tells me that I'm an old soul. Although I often feel like they just aren't there at times and I'm not the most psychic. I would say very receptive but I'm not 100% convinced that I am psychic.

Angular Pluto, Neptune or Uranus plus it touching personal planets and prominent in the chart are big indicators of psychic, intuitive abilities.

I know about 5 people with their neptunes conj Venus, Mercury or their sun and they are far from "mystical" but rather indulgent, deceptive, secretive but yea.. Highly sensitive and nebulous in their expression. One of the girls I know with Venus conj Neptune is actually anti mystical everything, she likes it in secret haha.
