i am really upset to not find so many meaning of thaht transit on the net and not so many thread of astrology forum neither unfortunately.
Yet, i'ts a once in lifetime transit...so it may be powerful on the self.
iread on a book that pluto transit in trine with the ascendant bring a better Relationship with oneself

In principle, Pluto trine Asc is a time of 4-5 years in which one can more easily express empowerment, particularly in relationships. This will depend entirely on what empowerment you have developed so far. It is not a magical package of empowerment that arrives on your doorstep.

It can mean very meaningful encounters with others that bring out something deeper from within yourself.

Robert Hand's book Planets in Transit is probably the best one for an in-depth overview. He calls it "a time of creative change in your relationships..." and says, "... you may experience an increase in personal power ..." seeking "a higher quality and greater intensity in all your experiences."

As a disclaimer, most people do not have charts that are accurate enough to accurately time transits to the Asc.

i think that she's right to say that we can do major shift and work on our look, sports, mores focusing on cosmetics to improve the look, fashion wear or waer that fit up to our inner psyche etc....

Talking about how I feel is irrelevant, partly because Pluto is also still conjunct my natal Moon. So I cannot separate the two well enough to give you any distinct and accurate idea. And how I feel is not indicative at all of how you will feel.

Plus, Pluto has nothing whatsoever to do with superficial changes of appearance that could be made at any time anyway. Read what I wrote about the in-depth nature of such Pluto transits.

my plutor trine moon transit is releasing me from old emotional wound, i clean evertyhing is redundant or unuseful in my house, i revamp things, i look at my past differently, renewal of my habits..

and what isay about pluto trine ascendant and body changes is very pluto trine ascendant lol...i cannot say better or telling things that relates to a transit i don't have -__________-"

Right now Pluto 16CAP24 is within 1° of exact trine to my Asc 17VIR14. It will be exact on March 18th. And it will be over 5° past exact conjunction with natal Moon. So I should be able to give more input then and 2 months later in May when Pluto-Rx passes back over exact trine to my Asc.

We tend not to give credence to sextile and trine aspects when looking at transits. We doubt their power

Its as if we "expect" drama in our lives and thus only look to conjunctions, oppositions and squares for things to be "meaningful".

I had Pluto trine my Asc in 2003 and that is when I moved homes to go to varsity. It was also the same year that solar arc Uranus was conjunct natal Sun.

I don't know which affected me more but I think the energies worked together.

I was ready for change and I expected varsity to change my external perspective by exposing me to things that my small town knew nothing of.

But the change was not traumatic/dramatic. It was comfortable and very much self-initiated. I couldn't wait!!

I had this transit from about 1999 to 2002, approximately.

Part of that time was really fantastic and exciting for me, as I had moved from the podunk town I grew up in, to a far more exciting city.

I met people I found exciting, talented, creative, and interesting. I was introduced to new art, music, and fashion. I changed my appearance and personal style significantly as a result of this, which was a very positive experience.

There was a lot more that happened during that transit, and I'm not entirely sure of the other transits that might have been taking place at the same time (I'll check in a bit).

I met a guy I had obvious karmic ties with, and we went on to have a very intense, weird, on/off relationship for about ten years. I learned a lot from him, but I also came out of that relationship very scarred. There was a lot of soul-searching and unearthing of psychological themes.

I'll get back to you about anything else I can recall, although I certainly can't say that your experience will be the same as mine.

Keep in mind I'm also experiencing Pluto (as well as Saturn) in transit contra-parallel natal Mars, so there's some added push towards vigor, strength, and empowerment. (Also progressed Saturn exactly trine my Asc, also a very strengthening influence.)

Pluto trine natal Asc is a period in which -- if you make the appropriate effort -- you can renew both physically and psychologically. Stamina can regained and psychological recovery quickened. If you are reasonably fit, this is a good time to begin or intensify a mind-body practice like yoga or martial arts.

This transit helps renew a sense of purpose to life and effectiveness to your efforts if you only have some optimism. You'll most likely feel the greatest benefit during Jupiter and/or Uranus transits accompanying it.

Pluto has again recently passed by exact trine to my Asc (17VIR14). I've had some ups and downs in the effort to regain health, fitness, stamina, but they all came from first understanding the underlying physical issues which I alluded to in my above post from July. That was when I discovered that the fungus in some of my toenails had begun leaching into other areas of my body, triggering arthritis/rheumatism. A couple years ago it was so bad just ordinary trips out in the cold rain would cause pain so bad I'd be in tears by the time I got him. So you might understand how I was also a bit irritable and uncomfortable in my body.

In summer began using foot soaks in Clove tea and it began improving. Clove is anti-fungal. This fall I made a liquid alcohol extract of Clove and started applying it by the drop to my affected toenails. I have also used anti-fungal, analgesic, anti-rheumatic herb -- Cocklebur (Xanthium spp) that produced amazing results in only about 10 days.

So my irritability has been reduced, the ups and downs greatly moderated, as I have effectively addressed the underlying physical issue.

This is an example of how physical health renewal can happen during this transit, but also an example of how each persons experience of it will depend on what has been going on previously. You'll more easily be able to get to the root issue(s). Pluto deals in depth and empowerment, not superficial changes or alterations.

So for example, it would be a waste of such a transit for a person to get plastic surgery to rearrange their face when what underlies it is poor self-worth. Why not get to the underlying issue and make changes that are naturally empowering?

Right now I'm more able to see my ego involvement in various areas, accept it, but take measures to deny ego decision making power in favor of staying true my soul and purpose. In this way, I feel that this transit (as I've begun to feel better physically) has allowed me to express previous learning in a more complete way as I've struggled with ego and desires to compete/dominate, etc.
