Regardless how it may seem, I'm not carrying pin in hand to burst your bubble, but it is not likely this will meet any expectations you have or signal anything that can truly be attributed to Asc progressing into the next sign.1. Most Ascendants simply are not accurate enough to know when such a change happens without serious rectification work to validate the correct Asc. It doesn't matter if you have cast your chart using a recorded birth time or a time given to you by parents.
2. The secondary method of progression (which I assume you are referring to here) does not track the movement of the Asc as it actually occurred in the hours and days after your birth. It is a contrived method of progressing the Asc for the convenience of astrologers who wanted the net annual gain of movement to be incrementally expressed over that year. The Asc moves around the entire zodiac each 24 hour period, so in day-for-a-year progressions should move through the entire zodiac in 1 year.
So in other words, you've already experience prog Asc in Libra many times, depending on how many years you've lived.
