Pluto and Moon are two planets that (despite being affiliated with water signs) can actually not be very conducive when together.

Moon is emotional security. Pluto is crisis. So together, it's the "emotional security " that is often threatened by crisis. Not great. This whether the threat is real or imagined matters little. The response mechanism are always the same I.e. defend against loss, abandonment and/or betrayal.

When I had trans Plu/Moon opp, my relationships with my roots became unclear. The safety I felt before wasn't there as I realized that betrayal can often occur from within that trusted circle.

This often happens to a Plu/Moon person (this whether the conj, square or opp) I.e. who do I trust? And how far can I trust that individual before exposing myself to betrayal? It's not easy to love such a person. They are always extremely defensive. And love requires trust to be effective. Therein lies the rub.

I think Pluto (whether by transit or natal) will surface issues of trust and questions of betrayal. This because of its "crisis" affiliated nature. Same could be said for Mars and Uranus🙏🏿

Pluto is currently squaring my natal Pluto in Scorpio(widely). This (I suspect) will trigger issues of trust and belief I.e. those who I believed in showing that I can't be trusting them etc.

Moon square Pluto in a man or woman's chart is probably one of top 3 most annoying aspects in Astrology. At least in my opinion and from my personal experience.

It's like their emotions are stunted or something.

You could critique them on something minor and they'll blow it up into something extremely major. They will have you questioning your own motives if you're not careful.. but their suspicions are usual incorrect and way off the mark which is what makes it annoying. You could be genuinely trying to connect with a Moon-Pluto square and they'll most likely sabatoge it with their owbln suspicious nature..

And this is coming from someone with 5 planets in Scorpio AND Pluto on the DSC.

Perfect description of Moon-Pluto in natal and in transit.
