Vajra, I think I know whose chart that is, but I'll just stick to the aspects.
What sort of comparisons are you looking for? Or what I should focus on-similarities and differences I assume?
Edit: no, this person does not have sociopathic tendencies, they used their powers to selflessly help others and won a Nobel Peace Prize I believe. The aspects in the chart actually match what is known as the preacher's pattern along with the Pluto in Taurus gave it away.
@Midnightvenus
Ok, so obviously I am not a psychiatrist, so I can only state her behavior seems to meet/match sociopathic diagnostic characteristics. I'm not the only one in the department who feels this way either.
But yeah, some examples include:
-verbally abusing students who question her knowledge; she has irrationally snapped at students a few times to the point of people feeling threatened. It was kind of scary, tbh. But if you agree with her, then she will never stop praising you
-sabotaged someone's ability to get tenure by taking credit for their project and lied about incessantly. She is going to court with the PI over this. Basically she stole data, published it without the PI's permission, which was their main project. Has not apologized or shown remorse.
-told a diabetic student they couldn't eat or drink in the class because it offended her and to get over it. Also told a student whose family member died that they couldn't make up the final because it was a inconvenience to her and wasting her time.
- gave way lower grades to students who wrote assignments that challenged her viewpoints. Two people turned in the same quality of work and got way different grades. When asked about this, she responded: do not question me. Then went on a rant about how she has worked so hard to get here and that we are just biased against her.
-has lied about funding sources several times and blamed it on students. Had several grants going and mismanaged the money herself. Tried to blame it on other people, and went as far as threatened students unless they bent to her. Needless to say she doesn't have any students anymore.
-is extremely rude to faculty members unless they tell her how great she is. She has a superficial charm to her and will be nice to your face. My mentor had a meeting with her a few months ago and was shocked at the vitriole she said about other faculty members. She went on a tangent about how she hated this one lady everyone loves without a solidified reason, and this same lady she was kissing up to earlier. The only reason I can think of her disliking the other faculty member is because she is so popular and well-received.
-fabricated parts of her educational background. Claimed to have a MPH and MS when really she only had an MS. Fabricated some awards as well.
-tried to seduce a male student at her old institution (allegedly). This is hearsay and happened over 15 years ago, but confirmed by someone at her old institution. Didn't see the problem with what she had done and claimed he tried to seduce her and it was not her fault. Student countered with a different story, and she was dismissed from her old institution
-told her old grad student unless she ran her study for her she would complain to the chair and get her funding cut, threatened her again after the student complained, and never apologized or felt remorse for racially profiling a student (blamed the student for being a 'thug'), has literally manipulated and then lost all faculty friends for either publications, funding, or both.
-took someone’s name off a manuscript without telling them- they didn’t find out until the paper was published and this person contributed a lot to this paper (has to do with the fact the person got a student over them) has a very cold and emotionless stare, is paranoid that everyone is going to 'take her down,' so to speak, and blames everyone else for her academic failures
There is more but that is the gist of her personality. I don't blame the chart because I am firm believer the environment triggered her neuroses, and the chart only explains it.
