My 12th House CUSP is not the same as my 1st House cusp. 12th House cusp is Sagittarius, about 26 degrees, followed by the Capricorn planets, then 1st House cusp starts at 18 degrees Capricorn. I'm not saying the 12th House is the same as the 1st House. I'm saying the planet that is in the sign that my Ascendant is in is located in my 12th which, again, is very common because of the degrees of the placements. It's also usually us people who have duplicated cusps who don't have our planets fall into neat little rows. Gemini and Sagittarius are duplicated in my chart, which tends to cause that kind of shifting. So, I don't exactly know what you're asking. And I don't see why this opinion of mine would shift your planets out of the house that they're already in. I don't know what sort of "house system" I follow and I don't think like that. It just confuses everything. All I look at are the degrees on the House's cusp, much more so than the sign. That tells me where the planet ends up.
In all honesty, at this point I am 100% sure your Saturn is in 1st house. IP: Logged |

WHAT are you talking about?! Seriously. Let's just agree to disagree because we're not getting anywhere. I'm 100% sure that Saturn is in my 12th House and I know that because I'm the owner of my chart and I've lived the life that I've lived. And no one can just tell me where my placements are, especially after many, many years of studying astrology myself. My life is too concurrent with a 12th House Saturn person's for it to suddenly, randomly move into the 1st. And I've seen way too many examples of people who have planets in the 12th in the same sign as their Ascendant. As I've said before, planets fall in the house they fall in. You do know that my Saturn isn't even conjunct the Ascendant, correct? So, why would it even have a reason to be in the 1st??? Besides, aren't you a Cancer rising with a Capricorn stellium in the 6th? By your logic, your Capricorn planets, including Saturn, should be in the 7th because then everything would neatly line up. But, that's not the case for you. So, why would that be the case for me? But, I really don't even think you're hearing what I'm actually saying, at this point. I'm repeating myself over and over. So, let's just drop the conversation. And I think you're right. You do need to do some more studying because you're looking at this all from a viewpoint that's way too simplistic and cut-and-dry. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

Also, my Saturn problems are way too 12th House for it to be in the 1st.I've, throughout my life, had issues with tremendous guilt, with seeing other people suffer. I've felt very responsible for other people's problems, which is totally a 12th House Saturn thing. I've struggles with fears over the spirit world but knowing I have to accept my ability to access this other realm. I feel a sense of duty to spread compassion toward other people. It's brought a constant weight-of-the-world-on-my-shoulders attitude that I've learned to adjust but is THE trademark of Saturn in the 12th. I worry about other's problems way more than I worry about my own. Periods of seclusion have been necessary for me to become grounded again and re-establish my sense of purpose. Depression and anxiety have been major problems. It goes on and on. My father figure is also very 12th House: chaotic life, self-sacrificing, passive, not present or self-aware. If my Saturn were in the 1st, these wouldn't be my issues. I'd probably have a very strict, strong father figure who overly structures my life, instead of the absent, "invisible" one I have. My issues, doubts, and fears would center around leadership, putting myself out there, being seen as mature and responsible, which have never been problems for me. Having Capricorn Rising is much different than having Saturn in the 1st in that way because we are very comfortable being seen as someone dependable and mature and that's quite easy for us. But, whatever HOUSE Saturn is in, that's where your doubts are. Same with you and your 6th House Saturn. You've had real doubts and problems with health, productivity, working hard. You've said all of this yourself. And THAT'S the test, to figure out where your Saturn is placed. "What do I worry about? What do I need to get better at?" And I've worried about and struggled over 12th House stuff all my life: issues over loss, suffering, chaos, lack of control, etc. So, that's why I feel so strongly about this. Because it makes total sense to me, as far as how my life has unfolded. And saying you're 100% sure about what's happened in MY life, a person you don't even know, is quite ridiculous. ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged |

sorry. you weren't willing to share your view of the 12th house experiences and I just came to my own conclusion before. But I see what you mean now. You are absolutely right and thanks for correcting me. IP: Logged |

Eh, no problem. Looking back, my response sounded somewhat testier than I intended for it to be. But, I'm glad I explained the placement to you. To get back on topic, good luck with tackling your 6th House Saturn challenges! ------------------ Check out My Astrology Blog: http://astroarena12.blogspot.com IP: Logged | |
