I don't know about Uranus, but I have Venus square Neptune.Apparently it can cause some sort of delusions about love/romance, or fantasies that can only lead to disappointment!  IP: Logged |

I have both of these placements as a square in my chart. I have a Venus in aries and it falls in the 7th house. I also have Uranus and Neptune in the 4th house Capricorn, which is interesting to me.

Venus square Uranus-Neptune:Let's break it down piece-by-piece... Venus is about values, affection, love, pleasure, etc. When in aspect with Uranus it tends to emphasize detachment enough to eliminate sentimentality (or at least that is its developmental objective), favoring a wider range of contacts over a narrow assortment of people much like yourself. Squaring Neptune, the ideal tends to get emphasis over mere pleasure and convenience or immediacy of relating. These add up to creative potential in writing, drama, art, that may greatly change the types of people you contact over time. In any case, Venus square Uranus-Neptune is a conceptual step aside from mainstream social values, valuing more what is unique in others, even coloring outside the preferred social boundaries, seeing a person for their potential and their mind more than for superficial attributes. ------------------

Cool. And thanks. I see each aspect or configuration as having a purpose, which can be found in general by simply breaking down the aspect into its components and looking at what each planet has in common, the meet-in-the-middle place. ------------------
