I got this request from Bill. I love requests, so PLEASE keep them coming.

Pluto is the planet of power. Everyone is a king, some place in his chart. Everyone is a leader in some realm. Pluto is the planet of power, leadership, force and the “devil may care” attitude Some of the Retrograde planets are harder than others, in my opinion. Some Retrograde planets are an advantage, in my opinion. Pluto is in the former category. The nature of Retrograde is the nature of “inward” Think of an innie belly button, for lack of an esoteric example. It goes inward. It is a little weird 😀 Think of an outie belly button. It goes outer, as normal belly buttons do. Power should go in an outward direction.

Pluto Retrograde is not, really, a planet that you want to go inward. When this happens, the native has a hard time dealing with personal power. He may be pushed around. He may be bullied.He may be disrespected. I cannot say that from one placement, but if we isolated the placement, I could say that Pluto Retrograde makes for a weaker person.

In this climate of political correctness, one is not supposed to notice if some people are weaker than others. However, if one reads classic books, one will find that people are described much more accurately than modern “norms” allow. I am reading Jane Austen. One can see that some characters have great fortitude. Others are meek.

In explaining Pluto Retrograde, I would say that it tends to reticence. This is due to the fact that it’s primal power source is facing the wall, as does a child in “time out”

Is the person destined to stay like this forever? That answer would depend on the rest of the chart. I, personally, think that Retrograde planets can be “forced” to go direct, in terms of having self expression.

I think the person would need to struggle a great deal in order to do this.

That is my opinion and I may be wrong. I do not have Pluto Retrograde, so cannot speak from experience. I have Saturn, Chiron, Mercury and Neptune Retrograde.

But I'm oversensitive to demonstrations of power and I will abstain from acting certain ways so I don't make others feel bad or disempowered

I would love if you told us about Uranus Rx when you got the time...
