My understanding of a Moon in the 6th is that it focuses more on routines and daily grinds than anything else; these people need the routines to keep themselves feeling emotionally balanced. It could be debilitated if those routines were threatened; this position tends to have a more delicate disposition than others (their emotions affect their health), but overall, this position makes for a great care-taker, someone who needs to be needed. Or at least, that's my understanding. For a mother... I would assume she just needs to give and be allowed to give (with people stepping in to help her from time to time). IP: Logged |

I agree with what is said above  I would also like to add that the cusp of Cancer as well as the sign that the Moon is placed, should also be analyzed- as they will be more telling. IP: Logged |

I have moon in the 6th and I agree with what you said!Its also in Capricorn
and Im rising cancer Im doomed haha I find my moon really difficult to handle! IP: Logged |

my moon in capricorn in H6 is conjuct venus/Saturn/neptune
opposed to Jupiter in cancer in H12
and my ASC in cancerHouse 12 is in Gemini but I also have jupiter in it in cancer and chiron/pallas my north node is in H8 in aquarius! Yes! Im very dedicated and its quite intense but the closer I feel to my water/cancer energy the better I feel!! IP: Logged |

As far as for other things success in my life and career is very important. I am very hard working, delicated, loyal and loyal. As for relationshipse I am the same loyal, caring, and all my rellationships were longpb and serious! I need security and stability and the sense that someone needs me! I am emotional but stable! My partner has Aquarius moon in the 6th. His mom has early degree Aqua moon in the 6th. Their composite moon is Aquarius in the 6th. I feel like there's something really inherited there, maybe even karmic. They're relationship with each other, and their temperaments, don't seem to fit the bill of any descriptions. 6th house Moon!
Total Mommas girl when little. But when I was a teenager I was nasty to my mom. She was way too in my business. I needed my space and privacy. The relationship I have with her now is very healthy. I moved out almost 3 years ago. My mom is pretty funny, if she’s not being funny she is being super annoying and it’s funny later. I don’t get to see her a lot now that I take my work home with me on top of my work with college. I saw her yesterday. It was so good to see her and talk to her. And yeah she was being crazy a little annoying but since I don’t see her as much now it was just funny to me. IP: Logged |

It all depends on which sign the moon is and the aspects.I have moon in Gemini in the 6th house. Moon opposite Mars, Neptune, NN; squares Jupiter; trines Pluto., conjunct south node. My mom is the deepest pain I have. She suffered chronic depression, constant nervous breakdowns through out her life. And ended up with Dementia at the age of 65. But she was a giver. She served everyone. She took care of everyone. But not herself. I am not a care giver. But when the conditions call for it I do it as an act of responsibility. My health so far has been in pretty good shape ( aged 44 - smoking for 21 years, did drugs when I was younger, used to burn the candles at both ends ).
have eating disorder, and dont really take care of myself. But yes when I feel too sad, my body usually reacts to it. I hate routine. I hate to work if it does not give me emotional satisfaction. I love animals but have no intention of owning one. IP: Logged |
