I have Venus conjunct MC in Aquarius. Ascendant in Taurus. Sun in Pisces 11th house .

Your relationships have a lot to do with your public life. I have a friend with a Scorpio Venus who deals with relationships that surround her work and job constantly (also due to 10th house Venus). Conjunct the MC would intensify this expression and a lot of the stuff surrounding love that you deal with may be integrated with your public life.

Furthermore, since it is in Aquarius, you are probably very sociable about it and want to talk to people about these topics which may be unique and unusual due to Aquarius eccentric tendencies (Uranian influence).
