I'm male, 5'4", very light boned, small hands. Asc 17 Virgo, Pluto 25 Virgo in 1st.Mom is 5'0", very lightly framed like me. Dad 5'6", much heavier boned, more muscular, at least in his prime (he's over 70 now, thinner).

It's funny, me and my sister are both 10cm shorter than our parents, which is logical if you look at our ascendants 
Both parents are 174cm, they are both Sag risers, and we are 164cm tall, air ascendants - Gemini and Aqua. We are all slender and quite athletic looking.IP: Logged |

My cousin a sag rising with Mars conjunct the acendant in the 12th house in sag. He is very tall 6'0" but skinny long arms and legs he has a hard time gaining weight yet his chart ruler is jupiter in aries in the 5th house square his sun opposite his moon SEXTILE VENUS. He has a beard looks Jewish curly short hair white blue eyes.His mom is 5'7" and dad the same height. ------------------

Capricorn Ascendant.
6ft if I stand straight. For western standards I feel short most of the guys I know our 6ft 3 and taller. But, Asians aren't always know for being that tall. I have to be cautions when saying this, but since most of the users that commented are women. Do you actually prefer "your man" to be towering over you?. ====================================

Of course, I love feeling small and protected next to a guy, but there's a limit to the height before he's too tall. But to be honest for me, what's even more important than height is the stockiness of the guy. I'm not attracted to guys who are tall and lanky. Female- I'm Pisces , Ascendant 1st Decan Scorpio, Gemini Moon... My Pluto is conjuncting my Ascendant and I have Saturn at the end of my 1st house.
I'm 5'4(1,63m) and quiet slim. I don't gain weight easily. People always assume I'm 5-6 years younger, than I actually am.
My parents are also rather short. My mom is 5'4 1/2 , my dad is 5'7
I always wanted to be taller, btw!! I felt quiet conscious about it, growing up, with my looks in general! Now I'm quiet happy with myself. When you grow older, you change your perspective. When you start loving yourself, you realize that others have loved you all along! And also you start to meet people who appreciate you, just the way you are!  IP: Logged |

.... With "rather short" I ment compared to the demographic in my country and my age-group. I live in Germany .. Here the average height of a woman is 5'6 to 5'7 ! The average height of a man is 5'11 to 6' Younger people around 18,19,20 are even a bit taller. IP: Logged |

At 5'11", I'm actually the tallest guy in my family. My mother is 5'4" and my father is 5'9".I'm a Virgo rising, 3rd decan. My Mercury is in Taurus in the 8th, and my Venus is in Pisces in the 6th. They both positively aspect my 10th house Jupiter in Cancer (conjunct my M.C. in Gemini). ------------------
