In the case of planets...

Let's say someone has Venus in the 8th, but has their 8th in Leo.

For example, could this maybe show a heart-related death caused by indulgence whether it be sexual (even though that isn't 100% Venus's territory) or from high cholesterol from indulgence in rich foods? Or, possibly, a problem with the heart that originated from the kidneys? That prolly sounds much more abstract, but, kidney failure usually screws things up partly because of its effect on the heart.

The question then is, would it be that way, or would it be turned around? Would it maybe instead be a death related to the heart affecting venus related things? Heart failure causing strain on the kidneys, for example. (Not sure this happens. However, I do know that the right kinds of heart failure or issues can cause swelling.. So it may have relation to the kidneys too..?)

I'm curious about this, why Venus?

With a heart attack you may find Leo on the 8th house cusp or the Sun (heart) in the 8th.

also you can't die without a strong transit to the Nadir which shows the end of life.
