Because Venus rules the 3rd house of Taurus and the 8th house of Libra.

So these two house are connected by having the same planet rulership.

I was born on a cusp...so for my rising sign which is Aquarius, I've always related to Pisces, especially in horoscopes. Per my house cusps, yes Taurus in the 3rd! But in my birth chart, I have Venus in Gemini.

I have this too. But my 8th house is shared.

Anyway, wouldn't a sugar-baby type thing be more about >> Ruler of the 8th in the 2nd?

I have decided to just use whole sign system in interpretation -until such time that experience contradicts me.

If I work with the Pisces Ascendant,the 3rd house cusp of Taurus connects with the 8th house cusp of Libra through ruler-ship.

Now since Venus rules both houses, one can say that you enjoy doing this. That it is your passion.

But again with Venus in Gemini the love of the surface and not really going deeply , is essential.

So perhaps this person may travel around many places,soaking up the education/ culture from all round-because of their love of wanting to know. But always returning to their home country.

That sounds about right! I love culture, and I love to soak up tons of information. I love to travel, but I find being in my situation, it's just a pipe dream, really.

I myself had my chart rectified and it turned out that i was born on a rising sign cusp Aries/Taurus.

I have Aquarius on the Ascendant in Libra Decan, and Libra in the 8th house. I am a pisces baby February 20, 1985. I have venus in aries in the 2nd house. What does that tell you. I attracted mostly scorpio's , leos, and I have air sign uncles one is a libra (cusp) and the other an aquarius (week of the cusp)

I am currently helping a libra with his school work, and the person that I really liked was a Gemini born in the Libra decan.

My stepfather is a Libra and my brother is a Libra
