Libra is a Cardinal (1st) masculine (assertive) sign. True, Libras know how to behave, and make peace. However, the natural instinct is to seize the lead. You can't do this without butting heads.

Another favorite habit of Libra is to say their piece, then shut you down. I've seen this in the moon position as well. They LOVE to dominate a conversation. You're only allowed to talk when they want you to talk, and say what they want you to say. Otherwise they'll ROAR over you like Judy, or undermine you in other ways. Either way the message filters through.

I grew up around Libra women. I'm aware of both sides. So yeah, it doesn't surprise me that Judge Judy is a Libra.
