I have ruled out the entire sign of Libra for her Asc (as did my friend Shaun). There is no possible incarnation moment for her that would put Asc in Libra.

I would like to hear more about what from her specifically and repeatedly shows you Scorpio personality characteristics (taking into account that is where her Moon is). I don't follow her music, but I personally find her very, very attractive on another level that I would identify with my Venus (28° Taurus) being in major aspect with a woman's Asc (late fixed signs). To me, she oozes feminine erotic power and beauty. So I'm willing to consider Scorpio, but I don't know if I'll spend any more time on a rectification.

His very late Scorp Venus Neptune conjunction would be closely conjunct her ASC, and then his Sun would be in her first house.

Male partner's Sun in female partner's 1st House is a fairly common Synastric pattern.

As to his chart, I suspect that his Virgo Rising is a bit earlier and more closely square the Sag Sun, and that with his chart ruler in Sag, this would indicate added height, broadness, and indicate larger facial features. Sort of a combo Leo-Sag look (far more masculine than Virgo) strongly modifying the Virgo ASC.
