For me it started when I saw Ami telling Leeloo she was a "waste of time and space" (probably because Leeloo had given her article a "thumbsdown", which was the only provocation at that point), and again putting there that who could not put astrology in simple terms should not write about it and waste other`s time.

I may have overreacted, but I snapped. I`ve simply had enough of that, reading that over and over and over again, this general judgement (de-personalized of course) of other people, and I am not being told what I shall read or not.

She is constantly criticizing in her articles (or maybe not constantly but repeatedly) any astrology that is NOT in her list-style.
I mean let her post all her lists for what it`s worth, but adding this judgementalism to anyone else (which sounds very much like selfadulation to me)?

This was clearly aimed at me and other astrologers who try to do a bit more in depth astrology than she does - of course without namecalling. She isn`t stupid.

I didn`t say anything about it before, but I did so now. So she thinks other people shouldn`t write on here (because that is EXACTLY what she sais in those threads), unless doing it her way.

So I pointed out that I find her method and approach.... lacking.

Now the other thing that for my part happened was that I voiced some genuine concerns, which she chose to ignore, which to me sais a lot already; maybe I am misjudging, and of course it is her right to ignore those concerns, but it is a sad thing, cause really most of that circus could have been avoided easily.

As for my thread, hmm, was I mocking Ami?
How so? All I did was posting a list of houseplacements for Chiron. If SHE had done it, it would have just been seen as her style. (though yes I oversimplified even more than her - but truth is I wanted to try out how it feels to do such a list.

She`s right, it IS very easy and simple, but ultimately TOO simple for me, so no, not my kind of astrology; but I wanted to try it out at least once - I had not expected this kind of resonance though, and i wished the thread would just die).

My concerns about Ami`s methods of astrotherapy still stand, and those are not new concerns, they grew on the basis of a few years being here.

apart from that: I`ve always tried to keep back a little, keep out of conflicts, but somehow that doesn`t solve ANYTHING.
There ARE issues here, concerns, and ignoring them, won`t make them go away.

Of course Ami has a right to do her astrology the way she sees fit, I just wish she would stop harassing other astrologers in what subtle way ever, and I honestly don`t want to see her or anyone else (she is not the only one doing this) judging people on the basis of an aspect or even the whole chart.

Interpreting a personality-profile is something entirely different than judging a person by their chart.

Faith keeps bullying cuz the thread gets shut down before people can see what she does. Then, she just does it again. Now, I doubt you will see Faith bullying for a LONG time and prolly forever!

I might like to point out a post in Sweet Peas where you gleefully picked apart another mod with other forum members while that mod said nothing whatsoever in the thread. It went on for a number of pages. I actually messaged Randall about it, and asked that the thread be closed.

You both have been here for only a little while, in comparison to the others. I'm so sorry that you may be experiencing the feeling like you're left out? Gently, I hope you know that you ARE an important part of LL.

In a way, you are being "baptized" into the family right now. No need to worry... This is an ancient and ongoing thing here. Don't worry.... People are safe. They've done this kind of 'battling' before... I haven't seen Randall kick people out 'just because' they express anger. ... What I HAVE seen is that some users are restricted as to where they may post for a while...

I've seen a lot. I haven't been here as LONG as some have, so, in a way, I have one foot in, and the other foot here, where I can be talking to you like this....

And another thing?.... It's Good that we are having these more-direct conversations. It's going to help things a lot.... You'll see. This has happened before. Things will be fine. It's OKAY to have emotions. It's OKAY to express yourself.... Many here are very very reasonable people... (And Faith is not an ogre.)

There are some of us here who want to REALLY 'grasp' the astrology. They want to learn it 'correctly' because Astrology is TOO IMPORTANT a tool to learn bad habits doing. You'd have to un-learn bad habits.

We are AS an integrated family?? LOL ...

I didn't get defensive about it because I'm happy to learn. I don't see myself as the end all, be all of knowledge - nor do I present myself as one. Nor does my income rely on being seen as a professional knowledge-keeper.

When you present as a professional and not as a newbie doing this as a hobby, you should be especially open to criticism and being nitpicked on your knowledge.
