Is this actually funny for you or some people? I mean, I'm seriously curious now. Even astrological aspect-wise, if you want. For me personally for example these kind of stuff just bring back bad memories related to being made fun of by people who have usually no empathy at all. I take things incident by incident.Ami is in the habit of writing articles where the information needs to be corrected. So as a service to others who might be curious about the actual chart facts, I sometimes play editor. Here, I marveled that she didn't take even a moment to consult charts before claiming knowledge of them. "How hard is it to check?" That's not cruelty. That's just being baffled. IP: Logged |

in case no one could tell she loves writing, check out her moon-pluto thread in interpersonal. it was like i was reading a book. she loves writing. that's why she throws in an example of someone who in her creative approach "is a metaphor" for the aspect. she just loves being creative. but some of it might not be astrologicaly/sciencologastro accurate. I think Ami sometimes has an intuitive feeling about how the energy of some celebrity comes through, like someones overall energy feels like a "Cap ascendant" for example. But that doesn't mean she is necessarily making a mistake, though I understand that it can get confusing and maybe it's helpful if she would show as example an actual Cap ascendants in this case.IP: Logged |

Astrology is a science (*real energy) but interpretting it is not always sound. Ami Anne ImO interprets things that have no sound. Many many times before. And when I meant cruel, I didn't mean what facts you were actually talking about, I was referring to the way this went towards making fun of someone, which I personally don't like and I don't think it's relevant here. Well you were likely wrong about Ami feeling aspects, cause I don't think having a 20 km wide asteroid conjunct the ASC is anything a person could really "intuitively feel".
I think it'd have next to no metaphysical effect on us.

I don't mean feeling the asteroid intuitively, I mean feeling the person's energy intuitively and then connect it to a certain astrological aspect.

For example, it's evident that the sun in each house will drastically change a personality and thus their appearance. Not to mention most planetary bodies are 80 000x larger than most asteroids. The chart shape of the planets/luminaries drastically changes one individual to the next. They encompass 99.9% of the birth chart, but she is saying that no matter their positions, drastically different, that having the asteroid "eros" or "lillith" which are 100 million times smaller, would no matter what the planets bodies (which create 99.9% of the chart) will be an incredibly sexy person. That is one version of it, and yes, currently I see the world as a kind of mirror, the outside mirroring the inside, "as above so below" kind of way.
But I think the most we can do is to play with systems which "explain the world" for us, and create connections, but ultimately the world is unexplainable and even if it wasn't we couldn't "get it" on this level. Also, one never goes outside of their own perspective. IP: Logged |
