From personal experience, I can tell you the Libra/Scorpio zone is difficult territory to handle, both for the native and for those attempting relationships with him/her.

You've got Libra weighing all the options, doing his/her usual balance act. Quite naturally, the need for a love/parntership connection is powerful. Rarely is it decisive, though. If it is, expect it to take time while the subject vacillates.

He's about to get married to his gf of 20 yrs next year lol.... so they do want a solid relationship but the actual commitment might take a while.

For air and sag ppl, you need to have your own life, go do your own thing. Consider them just one option among many other existing ones. I mean aren't you a Gemini?

You said he's 38? If my math is correct, that is the year of the Horse. In your shoes, I'd take a look at what the Chinese have to say about that animal. Not infrequently, Horse people lack in follow-through, which might not be the end of the world provided you can, and are willing to, take the reins.

Thank you SO much for your reply. I can see what you mean. There's this tension in him.
When we met he was SUPER nervous around me. He admitted after that when we locked eyes it was really intense and sexy.
My clairevoyant friend thinks we have the potential to be something pretty solid but that we need to take time to get to know each other otherwise it'll crash and burn. i'm not so disciplined in the holding off from sex part.
The desire is so strong for us. It's almost bordering on danger. But I can see he's SO nervous around me. We hugged for what seemed like such a long time and he was trembling.
