When a planet goes further than the declination 23°26 north or south, it is said to be operating outside the boundaries of the sun or an out-of-bounds planet. This usually happens in gemini/cancer for north and sag/cap for southern declinations. I've noticed that out of bounds venus women often pair up with an out of bounds mars man or vice versa. But maybe that's just the opposition aspect. OOB moon people are always interesting characters as well. Wondering about your experiences and observations with OOB planets, natal, prog, or transit..
An interesting article http://www.forrestastrology.com/resources/articles/general-astrology/215-the-ou t-of-bounds-moon Sorry if this has been done before IP: Logged |

"When a planet goes further than the declination 28°26' north or south"23°26' My Mars is out of bounds but I haven't paid much attention to it. I did notice that the last time Venus was out of bounds and aspecting my Mars through declination, people seemed to be nicer to me.

Ah, I will correct that. Yes I have out of bound mars also. I think it's like a smile and do what I was going to do anyway kind of thing.

My Jupiter is 23 26 ' 53. Would that count?Either way I do feel unanchored to convention in respect to Jupiter matters. Kind of child like or alien too like I have to constantly teach myself about them. But theres a freedom too. Does that chime with any OOB experience? IP: Logged |

My Aries Venus is at 24.29, is that considered an out of bounds planet? IP: Logged |

If that is in the Declinations, then yes. If it is simply the position in the longitudes, then not necessarily. IP: Logged |
