I am not familiar with this natal chart combo and therefore decided to spin it on the web for quick insight.My first hit was Good Golly Astrology. Whoa!!! I said to myself. Can this be true? If any of you are so inclined to run the long link below, or simply google the topic title here along with Good Golly, I will be grateful for your comments. Or please do consider sharing your personal experience as one who has this placement or has experience with others having a Capricorn Mars/Scorpio Venus. Well, I have this in Draconic.  Good Golly is a nice site for these combos. Some of 'em are spot on.
I can imagine this combination having the qualities suggested by that page. However, I think there'd be a bit of a desire to control & be controlled at the same time. (Just guessing, considering the mars in Cap and Venus in Scorp people I've known). Also, very very loyal. IP: Logged |

How does that "control and be controlled at the same time" manifest itself in a relationship?Is it an alternating thing, or a complicated mix of the two, or ?? IP: Logged |

i have this placement. goodgolly is spot on, i have strong need to enjoy sexuality part of any relationship but terrified of it at the same time. i think as a woman venus drives and gives tonality to my mars therefore since scorpio is about control, my venus wishes my mars to be controlled, i want my actions to be in control. But I'd imagine it'd be a complicated mix of the two. Mars in Capricorn, needs a man who "has it together", is in control of his destiny. Venus in Scorpio wants to call the shots, but also give it her all. Lay it all on the line. If you've ever been with a Scorpio, you know what I mean.. They get a bad rap for being controlling and all - but really, once they love you, they're willing to do anything and everything for you, no regrets, no boundaries. They won't say no to ANYTHING you want, no matter how crazy. They'll even anticipate your needs, you won't have to verbalize anything. Scorpio in love == Pisces-like ability & desire to fulfill the loved one's wishes, with the laser focus of Scorpio (i.e. that love is not diffused and spread around in a Piscean platonic way). Imagine all that famed Piscean unconditional love, with the depth, intensity and exclusive attention of Scorpio. *goosebumps*

I dated a guy last year with this placement, plus Venus was conj Pluto on his MC.
It was the most disturbing dating experience I've ever had, though he really had a serious influence on my life, but more like those ones of the "doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" category.
He did have some hypnotic ability to make you attracted to him and even obsessed with him. Sexually yeah, exciting but manipulative, and he was into some really dark stuff.
I've never met someone like this, narcissistic, he got fueled by others pain, by drama.
But he had this water grand trine with Moon/Venus/Jupiter working for him.
Also Mars in Cap in the first. Of course this was an extreme example and it's not describing the aspect. I would not run away from this combo alone, but would keep my eyes open and just be aware to respect my own boundaries and then nothing bad should happen.
Sexually this could be a cool combination imo, giving a charming and assertive person, and if they are mature and self aware + self loving enough, they won't go down on the manipulative route. IP: Logged | |
