The Scorpio ASC makes Freud look like an amateur in psychology. The Scorpio ASC cannot be fooled, so don’t try. He will lose respect for you, and you will have gained nothing. Find another Ascendant, if you want to play games. This one doesn’t. He values what is real, in himself and in you. If you are loyal to him ,especially when he can do nothing for you, he will go to the ends of the earth for you. However, if you humiliate him, especially in his primal underbelly, you will live to regret it. The action he will take will depend on his Sun and Moon. You must hope for mutable signs, as they cannot be bothered to revenge a wrong. Even they, however, will never forget it. All in all, the Scorpio Ascendant plays fair, and he demands that in others. That is not so bad. Is it?

Scorpio Moon, for example, is much more of an intense Scorpio than the ASC, if you know what I mean lol

He is a Cancer with a Virgo moon.

He is VERY suspicious, jealous, and moody but I love it even though I don't always enjoy the interrogating that comes along with it.

Very unforgiving and resentful too, but it comes with a soft and tender heart.

I am a Scorpio Sun, Mercury(r), Venus, Jupiter, Pluto, DSC.

Sun, Mars conjunct Pluto.

Pluto on the DSC.

Freud is also a Scorpio AC

I can get quite obsessive but I don't retaliate if someone wrongs me in a vengeful way. I do get angry though (moon conjunct mars).

I feel like the non-retaliation on your part would have to do with the moon/mars placements, and the aspects they both hold with other planets(especially Saturn). But the sun in the 8th, and your Scorpio ascendant contribute to the obsessive behavior.

Revenge with the Scorpio ascendant is a self defeating practice. Really it is for anyone, but it would be strongly felt by this native in particular.

The scorpio ASC Individual seeks revenge on those who have done them wrong as a way to get back and have self satisfaction. However, the feeling of satisfaction is short lived and the native is presented with a series of repercussions as a result, mainly to his/her aura. They are damaged from it and anyone who is in touch with that individual will feel it seeping from the native and take caution. This can push away anyone who believes they have any link to the native in fear that they will be next, OR they will stoop to a submissive level within the relationship while keeping guard of their emotions. This makes for very unhealthy relationships. Scorpio ascendants can seek revenge in a secretive way, which makes another's guard more intense as a result.

The enlightened action would be to move past anything that triggered this revenge impulse and apply the knowledge towards self betterment. To learn to be more intuitive and associate deeply with those they truly can trust...vent their frustrations within those relationships but surround themselves with supportive souls who can be trusted for these times of peril. The cultivation for deep trusted unions would serve this native in a positive manner.

Well my Saturn funnily enough conjuncts my moon/mars and therefore even more telling about retaliation not being a big part of me. I have tended to keep the anger inside but am now learning to feel it and express it.

The obsession can get so tiring....
