Generally family-oriented, cautious or at least clannish, acquisitive and/or collecting; interested in family, history, genealogy, the old country, etc. Cautious here does not necessarily mean not ambitious. However, that ambition is not of the noticeably risk-taking kind. Cancer risers don't put themselves out on a limb.------------------

my cousin was so much into getting married and having his own family when he was only a teenager!he's a cancer AC with an aries sun conjunct mercury and veuns, sextile gemini mars conjunct jupiter and square capricorn uranus, neptune and saturn. a cap moon too (not conjunct those three) now 28, he's given up! lol he still has a lot of time of course
his nephew is also an aries sun with cancer AC...he's 16 or 17 now, and is only into art and music (classical)..he has some pisces placements if I correctly remember, mercury or venus

I think Cancer ASC men are very meticulous about who they date. If they don't see that person as a long time significant other, they don't bother. Choosing a partner is serious business for them. I think they can still date around, and not be tied down so to speak, but for a relationship, they won't be in one unless they know for certain the other person has serious potential for wifey status. And personality wise, I wouldn't categorize all cancer ASC men as one generic personality realm. Just like with any sign, there's so many other factors that come into play. For the most part they seem pretty approachable and family oriented. Other than that, it's a grab bag  IP: Logged |

Good points. The Cancer rising folks tend to be security oriented. Don't like upheaval. Don't like change unless at their initiative. Their internal fluctuations and sensitivities tend to make them seek stability in home/relationships. ------------------
