What are transits that'd portend good luck? I currently have Jupiter transiting my Scorpio 5th house which I've heard (Jupiter transiting the 5th house) is good for gambling and making lucky (risky) decisions. Transit Jupiter is also trining my natal 9th house Pisces Mars and will be in exact trine this Thursday, Jupiter is also sextile my 7th house Uranus-Neptune in Capricorn conjunction and conjunct my natal 5th house Scorpio Pluto. I want to enter a photography contest but I want to do it when the timing is right astrologically.

When deriving houses I'd say take my natal 5th house and put it as if it were the 1st, in this case the 5th house from my 5th is my 9th house and my 9th house happens to have the traditional ruler of my natal Scorpio 5th house, Mars.
