One birth time, apparently, is that she is a Capricorn rising. I can kind of see this, as she has very nice bone structure and she has those cute elf/devil ears of most Capricorns. She also seems to be a very natural beauty and can do without makeup, she likes to wear suits and pants a lot also. She is almost always in business casual when she is not dolled up in her glamour attire.

Possibly a great indicator or her birth time would be to examine that moon of hers. She is either Scorpio moon or Sagittarius moon. It's a tough one, though, because I can easily see both in her demeanor and also physical appearance. However, I will go with Sagittarius moon for now considering she got her first big break in Hollywood by playing Selena Quintanilla in her bio movie many years ago. Selena Quintanilla is also a Sagittarius moon and the two of them do share an uncanny resemblance. Selena was an Aries sun, Aquarius ASC, and Sag moon. I do not think Jennifer is an Aries or Aquarius anything so I will go with her moon being in Sagittarius also.

But then again, Selena's MC was in Scorpio so JLO could also be a Scorpio moon OR she could have also be Scorpio MC but with Capricorn ASC? It's too many possibilities.

There is also the problem with her birth year. Apparently, like Mariah Carey, her birth year is not specifically verified. Some sources say 1969 and others 1970.

It seems as though most people on the internet agree she is a Cardinal ASC, though. I vaguely remember Astrotheme had her as a Capricorn ASC and then Aries ASC for a short time. Currently, they have her as no birth time available.

I will say it like this: I believe JLO is a Sagittarius moon (she's a party girl) with Capricorn or Libra ASC. Cap with Scorpio MC because she is very sexualized but still very good at mastering the business casual grace and style. Libra with Cancer MC because she seems to be very graceful at all times and also a bit of a typical Cancer woman who seems to be dainty and a bit weak at times. She also seems to make her mothering a huge part of lifestyle, she is always going on about her kids on her social media....She is not a very good singer (cancer) but she can dance very well (Libra feet) and seems to have a very large round head (like the moon), both of which are common in all the famous Cancer women I've seen. Cancer MC also explains why she cares about her Latin roots so much. She plays maternal figures in her hollywood projects sometimes too.

Libra rising is possible in my mind, but it is generally better to do this first. Libra rising would mean Moon in last degree of Scorpio (more my impression of her than Sag). Being pretty is certainly not enough to secure Libra rising. However, a survey of the transits for her marriage dates show lots of hits in the cardinal signs.

Actually, you may be right about Moon sign. I don't really have much of an impression of her, but her pattern of very short-lived marriages doesn't seem to fit Moon in Scorpio, does it?

Most of my impression of her, honestly, goes back to when she played Selena, and one rather distracting physical feature covered by frilly pink panties in Maxim magazine over 20 years ago. So let's include some actual pics here ...

However, you can't rely on using eyebrows with a woman in show biz for factoring into this. That is more a quality to look for in the men who aren't manscapers. But you still make a good case for Aries/Sag. Her jawline is strong enough it brings to mind the possibility of Aries rising (or Jupiter near Asc).

Jupiter conjunct/parallel Asc in Libra and Moon parallel Mars can also lend many of the jovial qualities you have listed. Moon was 22S36 - 26S15 on date of birth in 1969. So that would be another parsing tool in addition to Moon sign. There is definitely some fire in evidence in her life probably Mars-related.

All this is largely speculative, since we are wasting our time if she was born in 1970 rather than 1969.

I don't find her charming. Feels too superficial and doesn't feel like she has anything special compared to most singers.

Pluto in Sag saw the rise of stick thin torsos and wider hips being more on runways, though, but wide hips and big butts are not the same thing...Pluto in Sag was the more rugged and animal beauty on the runway than the classy and elegant models from the 90s. But Pluto also doesn't really affect the celebrity world that much so its' effects are really not noticeable. The culprits are moreso that of Uranus in Aquarius and Neptune in Capricorn/Aquarius (skinny torso with wide hips and shapely legs).

JLO is most likely cardinal ASC and/or MC. She has too much mutable and fixed in her chart to have gotten so far in career as she has with so little talent. For someone who cannot sing or dance or act very well, she has achieved a stupendous amount of fame and wealth in just barely half her lifetime. This is the work of Cardinal angles.
