Pluto also brings strength with it's aspects, especially ones that are as intense as conjuncting your ascendant, moon, or sun. The guy I was talking about was a doormat in relationships of all kinds but, his inner strength was unmatched. Just 3 years ago he was hopelessly addicted to heroin and about to die and I watched him pull his self out of that. You'd never even think he would have been that type if you met him now so, whatever hell Pluto forces you through, just know it's objective is to guide you to that strength it's offering at the end of the tunnel and master that part of yourself. I have Scorpio MC with Pluto conjunct it. Not quite the ASC, but everything I want to keep to myself is still very *public* for everyone to see. As a Cap ASC, it's about as much fun as having a root canal.IP: Logged |

I have this aspect from my 12th house though. Other than this, Pluto is well integrated in my chart. No hard aspects. On top of that I have an 8th house Moon and a Scorpio SN.
So it’s hard to tell where that Scorpio energy is coming from.. but I must say, I tend to obsessive-compulsive behavior. Not in a clinically diagnosed sense, but I tend to obsess over things quiet intensely and lose interest just as quickly. I don’t feel powerful, although people tend to describe me as magnetic.. I do get intense reactions from others at times. It‘s either instant love or hate for no apparent reason. But this is something that I cannot control.. maybe because it comes from the 12th house? I can spot hidden agendas and manipulative behavior pretty easily in others, but I can’t resort to that kind of behavior myself, at least not in a conscious way. So my actions often appear more self destructive than self serving. I guess I‘m just too honest.IP: Logged |

My ascendant is at 16 degrees Libra with Pluto conjunct at 19 degrees.I have Sun and Mercury conjunct MC in Cancer. Men with low self esteem fear me.
I have had to put up with gossip about me being involved in organised crime and all sorts of evilness you can imagine. I shoplifted some candy and a pencil when i was 14 and thats as far as my criminal career goes. On the other hand, some people seems to instinctly admire me. Reasoneable evolved plutonians surround me, and when i first started to learn about astrology i couldnt believe how many scorpio moon people there were in my closest social circles. The conjunction is in Libra, trined by Venus in Gemini, and i have never had the urge to dominate people. I can imagine this aspect in Scorpio being potentially kind of brutal, in several ways.
If things in any particular social gathering, work, parties etc, get out of hand i usually have no problems verbally shutting both "alpha" men and women down though.
When you get older you learn when to use "the powers"  constructively. And by then you have probably also learned that karma is real.

yaaaas! to! that! I went through these episodes.
My Sun/Pluto inconjuctions, close to 0.02-0.03º and they parallel in declination.Right now, tPluto square my Moon almost exact - I'm feeling both extremes: heavy and light.

I have Pluto conjunct ascendant and it seems that when I try to be assertive or "go" after what I want, I'm worse off. So I don't.I've had years of therapy so I try not to let this bother me.I let go and let things come to me;it can be frustrating though.IP: Logged |
