I totally understand your nail lady story (haha) because it has happened to me too! Although I didn't faint, I felt really really uncomfortable. The manicurist thought I was being fussy but she didn't know I could experience heaving breathing and cold sweat if she continued digging her nails into my flesh. I have ultra-sensitive senses - touch, smell, taste, sound...everything! It can make me feel sick if it doesn't feel right.

I don't cry if people shout at me but I get really upset and may cry if the people I love & care about act in an insensitive manner.

It’s hard for me to answer these though because I don’t know exactly what they mean or trying to say, or it’s like some are half and half for me so I dont know to check them or not. Im 21 so I know that if I want to accomplish certain things I have to learn. It’s hard. I was shy I couldn’t even look anyone in the eyes or reply to strangers with a full sentence. But over the years we can grow stronger and mature. That’s why I said it’s when you put your mind to it. My younger sister has always been more outgoing than me. But something happened once she hit the age of like 16, she seemed to develop social anxiety. She didn’t used to be like that. So now she has more trouble ordering and asking strangers things. Even more than me now. But she doesn’t face her fears to change it. Which I believe she could she just has to really want to. Like myself even though I really dislike ordering things for myself but one day I want to go abroad so I know I have to learn to do things for myself lol yeah anyways I think I rambled on too much 😂
