And over the last year, I met 3 Virgos (born a few days apart). One I fell in love with... one is always flirting with me... and another one became a close friend. I also reconnected with another Virgo friend.

Strange I don't remember attracting so many of them but they seemed to start popping up in my life as I get older. Maybe because I started to appreciate them... and yes, I feel comfortable being with them.

On the contrary, I don't necessarily get along with Sag Sun people even though I've Sag Dsc.

Eish!I hope I am the exception to the Sag rule I have a stellium in Sag.

I don't believe the Ic sign is strictly referring to the Sun sign you will be "comfortable" with per se. It is more a generic descriptive energy of your early nurturing & home environment. Perhaps we can say , someone who is dominant in the qualities of the Ic ruler etc.

To me, the Ic is really the nurture/nature paradigm i.e if it spills over to the 5th considerably, you don't see your personality or yourself being any different from that environment you were raised in.

So in essence, you don't separate where you come (Ic) from from who you are (5th) etc. This is also the case with 4th house ruler in 5th. Your personality may be a copy/paste of one of your parents.

Ic in Libra but more so Venus conjunct Ic ,would have likely grown up in an environment where parents went all out to make them comfortable by creating an agreeable , beautiful environment.

One or both parents was the type who was refined and perhaps even had artistic abilities.They (parents) were liked by people because of being so agreeable and sociable.

Quite literally, the parents/parent may have a strong Venus chart with Venus on Sun or Venus emphasized on the angles making them very "looks conscious or good looking people.

The other possibility is that the parents emphasized to them that they should be fair and just in the treatment of others. Considering all sides of the story was accentuated as important.

As such, Venus/Ic in Libra may give you inborn diplomatic skills or artistic leanings. You also could be a charmer who finds it easy to attract others because you make them feel easy around you etc.

Sometimes this suggests that they(people) may physically visit you at home or your home could be a popular hangout spot as you know how to host people etc.

Venus on Ic could also suggest that you gravitate naturally to strong Venus type people i.e agreeable people,loving people, easy going people and those who are courteous, friendly and cooperative with others etc.

So don't look at Sun sign alone i.e Taurus or Libra(Venus ruled) and then conclude. Another possibility would be a Venus in 7th or someone with many planets in 7th(like me )

I grew up in an environment where books,reading and being eloquent was pivotal. One parent greatly emphasised the three R's; Reading,wRiting & aRithmetic

I don't know if that is shown by the Ic in Cancer though. But then again, the ruler of the Ic(Moon) is in the 3rd house conjunct Ic. So perhaps that's it? Because Vedic accurately puts Ic in Gemini(which fits).

As such, I have very strong word skills & enjoy reading /writing & speaking etc. I teach for a living and really enjoy learning continuously(Ruler of 5th(Sun) in 9th conjunct Jupiter).

Thanks Hikaru29! Do you have any planets in your chart that are harmonious with Virgo? Maybe that’s why you attract so many? What’s your sun and moon? Also what degree at Virgo is your IC? Maybe most of your 4th house is in Virgo. My 4th is mostly scorpio. I might have a more “at home” feeling with scorpios especially because my brother is one but the rest of my chart does not support having relationships with them - leo stellium squares scorpio and I have a Taurus mars. But I do oddly seem to attract scorpio moons although I have a Leo moon.

I also do find it easy to be drawn to people who express themselves well. They just attract me(Mercury strong).

I don't know why but Sag Sun people easily rub me the wrong way. The ones I know are rude, audacious and accusing. Take my ex-bf for e.g... nothing I did pleased him. There would always be something he wasn't happy about and he had no qualms making it known even though I was nice enough to help him. Never a word of "thanks". Another guy I know is plain rude (he had the audacity to ask me to leave my bf!). Another Sag Sun gal I know invited us to her house party and when we arrived, accused me (of all people) for not going earlier to help her. Like what?! Some of them (except my ex) are also pretty calculative in terms of money, and self-centred (one gal I know only cares about her own comfort level. she doesn't care what you want.). Another guy I know was a **** -stirrer who sowed discord between me and my gf because he was flirting with both of us and didn't want us to find out!

They all have Sag Suns. Haha...

I am Sag Sun too(Included in that Stellium I mentioned).

I don't have Sag Sun mates . And I also don't get on well with many. I tend to find them plain silly. It could be because my Saturn is in 7th? So I find many "immature"?

The last Sag friend I had, slept with the guy I was romantically involved with at the time(a Cap).

When it got out, he vehemently denied it and accused others of trying to break our friendship. He had Moon in Taurus opposite Pluto

My mother is an intense driven women who has accomplished a lot and definitely is a leader with a type A personality, she is the more dominant leader in her marriage with my father. My dad has mars in Libra represented by my MC in libra and is accommodating, understanding and a good listener and he is a therapist like me, my mom a Doctor.

I never witnessed domestic violence growing up, my parents have a very healthy marriage, my home was peaceful but as a *child* I always felt my mother dominated my dad (which irritated me) and I was a little scared of her but also admired her, I saw her like a super woman.

So ime having aries on the IC does not mean I grew up in a violent home but my mars is well aspected conjuncting Venus my MC ruler and my parents are still together. How it manifested for me is growing up with a mother I saw as dominant, intense and driven who is a leader and has a type A personality.

Moon in Pisces also describes my mom who is extremely intuitive, compassionate and religious and spiritual.
