Ahh I needed that song today, thank you stawr's planets. Saturn & The moon are the most important players IMO. I like they are each sextiling your ascendant separately at the time you posted this.

I like it though, the song is light and uplifting. If this song were an aspect it would be a sextile. The song has a very subtle darkness to it, saying stay alive and all. which may be the lilith/venus square? If I am doing the math right, your ascendant would be something like 6°-9° Sagittarius? That would make it conjunct my 8° weak ass mercury which might be why I am resonating with your transits right now. Your transits would have also taken place when the moon was in an unaspected zone where the only aspect it makes to my chart is neptune square.

T square Transit- Transit Uranus in taurus opposite natal pluto/venus Scorpio & trans saturn square venus/pluto.

Transit Uranus in the 11th

Transit saturn in 8th house

Transit Moon conjunct natal mercury & saturn Sagittarius 6th.

Transit SN (direct) conjunct natal vertex sag 5th.

My planets and Transit planets are kinda following the story being told through this song.

My pluto is the guy telling the story. We are going through a collective pluto return Transit in the US and it kinda felt like I was feeling that through this song.
I've been tuned into that energy since saturn/pluto conjunction 2020 and I've been feeling it more and more lately with all these plutonian themed transits. Slow transits. I am a natural cynic as it is & this is overwhelming even for me.

I actually goofed up it should say Saturn trine rising. I'm a gemini rising 11 degrees. I usually count 5 degrees for a transit to impact me.

I had some kind of goth/new wave/post punk playlist going...and that song was on the playlist. I then heard the song on the radio when I was on vacation at a nice restaurant. I deleted the playlist and forgot the name of the song. Somehow I found it again recently. I even bought the song on iTunes.

5° sounds about right. So you would have your descendant conjunct in between my mercury & saturn. Which probably makes a little more sense since I would be more of a 7th house themes to you here.

Your ascendant conjuncts aldebaran too. It's one of the 4 royal stars & represents the archangels. You may already know that though. They are also considered the watchers. Aldebaran is the watcher of the east & he represents archangel Michael.

Do you feel like saturn is more of an influence in this song to you as opposed to the Moon? Since they are both forming pleasant aspects to your ascendant? Idk how you'd define that exactly though, lol. I would imagine in your case with this song the moon would be the melody & saturn I guess would have to be the lyrics? Like for me the tune is nice and uplifting. But the lyrics are where I feel like the force is personally & the melody supports it nicely. The lyrics aren't too emotional, & kind of even have a saturnian nature about them in a way.

I am kinda asking that because there is a song out on the radio I had just heard over the past week and i was analyzing it similarly &it jumped to mind just now. It's kind of reflective of what I typed above.

Its melody is definitely the force behind the song & the only reason I kinda like it. I find the melody kind of saturnian/plutonian while the lyrics really don't produce much substance and are more emotional in nature & specific to the artist. You could pretty much toss whatever lyrics you wanted to in there and not lose much. With Big Country I feel it through the lyrics because they are significant. The record player song I found the melody eerily hypnotic in a way & felt it all through that. Idk, just pondering again 🤔

I am really liking Sagittarius being in my 7th house. I see why I married my husband now. (He has Sagittarius IC) But the amount he travels was never predicted at all when I first met him.

I did not know about aldebaran! That you, I will look into that more.

It's funny because my exhusband has his ascendant in Sagittarius also (his moon and mars were both conjunct here too.) & he began traveling for work about 6mos or so after we began dating. From there on every job he held required him to travel often. He didn't even intentionally look for that, I think he was pulling for the opposite infact. He rarely traveled either prior to that. About 6mos before we separated he began a job that didn't require any traveling. I last spoke to him nearly 4 years ago and he was still employed at the same place. I think his frequent absences are what held us together for as long as we did XD.

interesting. he was traveling during covid. LOL seems like people either split up or had babies.
