We found a tree, when we were just about to give up. We'd been to four different places, got locked out of the van at the first one, so dad had to buy something to reach across the other side of the van, and click the door open.

At the second place, we drove back into a blizzard, and by the time we walked into the garden centre, we had snow pouring down, pelting us, and I couldn't see. I started to laugh when I was trying to wipe my glasses off, heard "Have Yourself a merry little Christmas" playing, as I also heard dad complaining about the "mother-f**king snow."
