My ex has Saturn transiting his moon currently and I would say that this did affect our relationship a lot. His moon was positively aspected a lot in synastry so this relationship did ease a lot of the emotional turmoil that he personally faced until it rubbed off on me with my moon squaring his Saturn in synastry. Really not a nice placement but Saturn disciplines and teaches, there is light at the end of the tunnel but the waiting period is just a bit long.
