For anyone who is suffering these too ..
This has returned. (Late January. Each time 8 days long),In my childhood I've forgotten them but was told I had them. (Maybe relating with head trauma). I think these seem related to changes from cold to warmer climates in present day. With exception of my walking intoba wall and awaking to a thunderclap migraine 2 weeks before my first event.
Going from a cold room to a sufficiently warmer one.

Anyway I'm leaving this post because it may help others, in my searches a lot of people in the past year have had them, which it seems a bit more common than in the previous years -maybe?

In my case: This time the tr Jupiter/squared natal Mars and Chiron. (Of course Aries and Uranus are involved too and this tr is a long lasting one).
I've learned Jupiter can in medical terms be a lever to begin the flow of blood (seeking links)

You are on medicines to prevent clotting?

The tUranus on Saturn highlights 'tension' and some tension-related diseases if you are not aware of it. Cardiovascular. Deal with things you keep 'suppressed'.

You might want to pay attention to watch what you 'tell' yourself about aspects. Don't "energetically" receive and "own" the negative-report that 'this aspect' "makes" you accident-prone. .. If you apply extra common-sense safety precautions, then you're more "aware", and that's what helps. Use the astrology to help you be mindful, rather than doomed?? LOL. There are 'other' GOOD things that can come-about as a result of that aspect.

You might want to get checked for High Blood Pressure, or, some side-effects from meds you take. Also, low humidity in a room -- if you're running a space heater or wood stove. I recall putting a huge pot of water on the woodstove. You could run a vaporizer. Thin layer of petroleum jelly (cotton swab) to keep from drying out (if that's part of the problem). .. You mentioned nostril breathing?, or was that lungs? Again, check the blood pressure. Call your doc office and ask the nurse (IF you have that available where you live--- a lot of doc offices now don't have nursing staffs to consult with).

There are also fruits and vegetables you can include in your diet that can help strengthen the collagen (the 'glue' that holds our cells together). Those tiny capillaries need nutrients?

ALWAYS ask your doctor or pharmacist before you take anything. Some foods interact with meds you may be on.

I've seen how Martha Lang Wescott has a way of turning just-about any asteroid towards a medical interpretation.

Happy you have your Hubby as a support-- Good to have someone in your life that Loves you, and works for-and-with you.

You are near your Chiron Return?

Once you get over that, I think (for me) things get better for a while. Physical stuff that came up (even by surprise) resolves itself by around a year later? ..

Generally, it's not without challenges, but, there's a better period of years that ensue. Then years later your 2nd Saturn Return arrives. Depends on your Saturn's zodiac sign. I can't really speak to how that could be for you, from personal experience.

haha.. You're not a nutter to talk, or to 'speak' and declare, healing words over your own body, your home, your hubby and friends, and Life Generally.

And I DO understand about astro aspects that are connected to disadvantages.

It takes a Village of Love, Understanding, and Support for folks going through some rough-energetics-- either by natal or by forms of transits.

Sidereal, I have Scorpio Rising too.
Moon still in Virgo, west or east.
The Nakshatras in which these are found, provide even more descriptions.
