Hello all,

Uranus is inching closer to my Mercury. Almost 5 degrees close to my Mercury.

After phases of daydreaming and a day like today where I have been non stop with hardly any breaks. I am feeling so ready to be mentally liberated.

Please share your experience with this transit. I think I am looking forward to this.

Uranus in Aries conjunct my Mercury in Aries in 2016.

During this transit, I rage quit college.

It was a transit that inspired me to write. I had all these great ideas, but they left me as soon as my classwork was done. So, I rage quit and I don't regret it. I don't need a degree to be a writer and I can always pursue alternative education whenever I'm ready.

On the other hand, I was really caught off guard by all the anger that came up during this transit. Actually, the transit changed how I view anger in general, because I was experiencing anger so frequently during it. By itself, the anger wasn't bad, and I became less judgmental of it.

Of course, with all this said, this was also the rough time period I finally found an antidepressant that works with me. So, with the depression being in control, maybe I was experiencing a suppressed emotion and Uranus brought that out.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

My brain health is questionable. I quit smoking for a few weeks, but I couldn't handle the side effect of brain fog with all my deadlines currently.

I feel like I need to be three people right now, I am making myself go to bed a tad earlier tonight I can tell that I am going to run myself down to the point of being sick if I don't take care of myself.

I am in my last week of one of my classes currently. I will have 3 remaining classes to take in the summer. I will honest it's miserable!

That is so true about school. I am 30 getting my bachelors and I was 26 when I earned my associates.

My perspective in life changed drastically during that point, where Uranus was conjunct my Aries Mercury (to the precise degree, oddly enough). That's when Astrology as a whole surfaced for me.

The sextile to my Aquarius MC kinda plays into this well...

This transit allows for greater freedom of mind through a reset of the nervous system and liberation from routines and mundane 'safe' boundaries. It's one of the kind of transits that helps us to keep from suffocting ourselves with a cautious mindset that just sticks to what is 'tried and true.'

It is a major transit for important learning. Don't plan that out. Just let it unfold spontaneously and go through the doors that open up. If one of those doors happens to lead to something you don't want, then turn around and leave.

You can literally repattern your nervous system during this transit, but it won't be any control mechanism or through rigorous discipline necessarily. It will come through allowing yourself to see things from a different angle by experiencing them directly enough your senses are influence into new perceptions.

Thank you everyone!

I am looking forward to this liberation as I finish college.
Especially after all the Capricorn planets squaring my Aries Sun back and forth these past few years. I will soon have Saturn revisit squaring my Sun.
I have dealt with a lot of overbearing people in my mid-late 20's. I am looking forward to shutting these people down much faster and easier.

I feel this transit is much needed after dealing with that for so long no matter where I go.

There are a lot of things I do not have answers to yet like. How will teaching go at my center if this pandemic is still a huge influence by fall?
I am planning to do at least 1 more year at my current place.
I will be ready for a living upgrade. My fiance is making good money and travels a lot. He does not need to be tied down to a location. I am open to relocating.
We are not opposed to staying in our area either.
If we do stay in our area, do I want to stay at my job? There are many pros and cons about where I am working currently.

Also wedding planning. I got proposed to when the schools in my state decided to shut down. So wondering if I can do a typical white picket fence wedding anytime soon. Or just elope?

I know for some of this transit Saturn will keep me in check and will also square my Mercury for some of this.

My nervous system was shot - it's in my 6th house - but Pluto was squaring it as well. It's only been since December 2018, that I feel like it's been getting better.

Oh mine is in the opposite 12th house. I will say I don't mind the 12th house so much. Maybe because it's in Taurus I view privacy, alone time, spirituality as a luxury.
I loved Uranus in Aries in my 11th house for sure, but towards the end I just wanted to be alone more. (Probably from squaring my Saturn Cappy as the finale) There have been times where I wished I lived farther away from people I know, and lived in the woods. I feel extra drained socializing and dread it, but I think part of it is having to establish better boundaries with people.

I am starting to realize I do not like the 6th house. I think it has been my least favorite Jupiter transit so far. Overworked and it took a toll on my health. You think it would be all fun and cool here with my Scorpio moon and Pluto. It often has me feeling like my work life is a punishment. And I often relapse really bad with substance abuse when the sun is in Scorpio. It's a breaking point time when planets enter this house. I broke a four month streak of not smoking in 2014 (sun and Saturn here). I also reached my breaking point and bought a pack in 2017(jupiter and sun here) after not buying any for two years. If I could give any house the middle finger it would be the 6 house. XD

Huh

Does mercury rule your Mars?! Do you have mars in gemini or virgo?

TBF you have mercury in ARIES...

Maybe I should ask, does your mercury fall in the 12H?

I recall being bored with my collection of music. I also recall work being stressful because of new systems put in place. That wasn't fun.

All in all, it was a disruptive transit that was SUPER annoying. Everything that could go wrong....did🤷🏿‍♂️

I've been delving more into to the folk punk genre. I never would of thought I would like music like this.
It all started last year by trying to find bands that were similar to the Mountain Goats. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vm-NW1RwPY8 discovered this band from watching Morel Oral on Adult Swim in my early 20's but I was still more into Metal Bands at the time.

That's when I saw a recommendation for Johnny Hobo and The Freight Trains. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaDMYqUbOPU
I would still give this a listen from time to time but was still more fixated on new wave and post punk songs

I delved into this guy's other bands in March and I really liked. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eWjnpQodWo

Then I stumbled on this band listening to a folk punk playlist http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0dUnoecoZ0
And they are my new favorite

I rediscovered songs I liked but never knew the name or band. (From watching that Pete Holmes HBO show) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37r9aqTxhBQ

We'll see, this transit has just begun. It's 6 degrees. So it is 5 degrees away. I sometimes get confused because my Mercury is 11 degrees but in the 12th house. Having the numbers be so close. I mix them up sometimes.

Ah, yeah changes to my work and adapting are very possible. Me being annoyed at work is nothing new. LOL

You may be challenged to do things a little differently at work or be disrupted by the normal schedule in some way. It will annoy you in a 'You know what? I have had it!' way.

If you are doing what you love, this could be an exciting time filled with growth.

If not, these little annoyances & reversals experienced at work may push your tongue to borderline 🤬 language.

Electronics may be temperamental. Your phone going dead all of a sudden(this happened with me)or car troubles that come "out of nowhere"

I sincerely disliked this period. We also had power outtages in the home. It was awful.😠
