I've heard that planets at 0 degrees are said to be "felt" more than others. Can the same be said of outer planets? I've got my Pluto at 0 degrees Sagittarius, and I can't tell if all the "plutonic" energy I feel and experience is a result of that, or my Scorpio moon lol. Just curious!IP: Logged |

I'm not sure. My Moon is 0*Gemini. The first ten degrees of any sign are supposed to be the strongest of the sign, if you believe in decans. So my Moon/Venus/SN are Gemini-Gemini, but my Aries Sun is in the Sagittarius decan (third decan). My Uranus is 0*Scorpio, too, conjunct my ascendant. IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter at 0 Pisces and it is conjunct Sun at 2. Can't really say I have the Kanye West-confidence but I am naturally very optimistic and tend to view things from the pov of wisdom (which is not always very pragmatic). It's difficult to discern the 'power' of 0 since I can't really compare to how it would be experienced in a different degree. Generally I tend to believe that 0's are happy with jumping into the experience the sign represents, often with great curiosity. 29's on the other hand tend to be a bit 'closing-in-on-death-y' about wrapping up the experience of the sign in question. I'm certain progressions play into it. A 0 would have a long stint of experiencing the planet in the natal sign and thus making it more ingrained, whereas the 29 quickly have it moved into the next due to their need to pave into the next task experientially. The Huber School of Astrology consider the first degree of a sign to be where its power is lowest, and the first degree of a house to be where its power if highest. So ... when drawing a huber-style natal chart (at astro.com) ... one needs to look at the additional tables - where the dynamical evaluation provides a summary of the strength of planets in signs and in houses. ... That summary is then used to ascertain the extent to which the person's nature (signs) conflicts with the nurturing (houses) being provided/imposed by others in his/her environment.
