My closest friend in high school had Taurus Moon and he reminds me a lot of him. His vibe! But my friend is a Aries rising with a bunch of planets in Scorpio. People thought he was the sweetest person in school.

Why would people confuse Vertex in Aqua with ASC in Aqua specially when talking about appearance? That fictional point has nothing to do with one's appearance and without TOB, Vertex is no bueno.

Anyhow... Aqua ASC would give him Sag MC ruled by Jupiter rx in Cancer --> Working away from home, overseas, foreign land and caring for people, kinda karmic too.
Scorpio stellium in the 8th.
Uranus chart ruler in the 11th, a public house too, internet, community, etc.

NN in the 1st. Gemini IC - Gemini flavour somewhere in the DNA and ancestral roots. Also feeling comfortable in spreading his messages across.
And other stuff.

My two quick cents. I stick with Aqua ASC for now.

I think you misread what I wrote. When I talked about the appearance I said Virgo/Libra because that would be the “supposed” Ascendant. When I talked about demeanor, that was in relation to the Vertex (Aquarius) 😬
I know that the Vertex has nothing to do with the physical appearance. I AM aware of that.

It's a fictional point considered karmic or fated. Some consider a point of "wish fulfilment".
There is a very nice thread, an old but good one, by Lotis White, if I am not mistaken, who described the Vertex/Anti-Vertex axis really well. When I have a minute, I will look it up for you.

I know which one you’re talking about. I don’t rely on that one. It’s interesting but when I look at my charts and the charts of the people that I personally know, I feel like these “mathematical points” are a bit more than that.

Probably mutable rising. Plu entered Sag when his family immigrated to Brooklyn at age 6(1995/1996).

His Mom passed away whilst he was doing his 1st year medical residency in 2014. Neptune just entered Pisces .

I am really not all that invested in him to figure out which one it is. But I reckon Gemini Asc is likely. He really likes talking(Merc). Sun(ruling house 3), Mercury (ruling house 4 & 1) and Plu(co ruling house 6) are in a triple conjunction.

Sun -Pluto people often have a powerful influence. But with that , they also draw in haters who seek to discredit them. And he is no different.

The Mercury planet included in the conjunction suggests that he faces a lot if criticism from others for what he says(Merc) as well as his credentials as a doctor. People who seek to discredit him in his profession and undermine his profound influence on others.He'd be blind not to know that people wish to see him publicly "exposed" as a "fraud".☝🏿

Sun (with proposed Asc)would be in 6th house Sco. His Dad(Sun) was also a doctor (6th). And Mom(Moon in Tau) would be in 12th house of "loss" (she went from Maths professor to floor sweeper in a new country).

Capricorn Asc? No. Atleast i don't think so.He is too animated for that Asc imo.Plus the whole controversy of him going to his surprise birthday party with his friends (right at the peak of the pandemic) subsequently drew him into a lot of criticism and second guessing his credentials as a doctor etc.

Gem Asc are often caught up in situations where criticism is levelled against them(Merc). Or they get into a tricky situation based off of what they say or failed to say/clarify(Merc).

All of this happened on the 12th of Nov 2020 when transiting Mercury in Sco was conjuct AND parallel his natal Mars in Sco.
