This pairing happens probably due to having the same ruler (Mercury), making theirs a very intellectual connection but it’s also not easy because of the square aspect. Virgos are very detailed and long-winded while Geminis like to skim over and have short attention span. My guy sometimes complains that I don’t listen to what he says but I wish he would cut the story short (haha). I make decisions quick while he needs to mull over it for awhile. I’d tell him I’m staying home one minute and next minute I decide to go out. Geminis seem too changeable for Virgos. I sometimes wonder if my Virgo guy will get sick of me but because he also has DSC in Gemini conjunct my ASC/Venus I’m betting that this will strengthen the attraction, haha.

Interesting enough, despite the differences, this pairing is so common around me.

I personally don't find it to be true. I dislike the Virgo archetype. That is, I may like individuals even though they have Virgo in their chart, but specifically the meticulousness is what gets to me.

Maybe you're right, perhaps it is your Virgo IC. Although, I know of a Cancer ASC with Virgo IC too which randomly mentioned to me he's not a fan of Virgos which I found interesting.

(Virgo is intercepted in my chart, perhaps they evoke something in me that I can't tap into. Although I do like Pisceans which is also intercepted so I'm not sure.)

I have 10th house Virgo with Venus and Mars in it, and Gemini occupies most of my 7th. I like Gemini Venus and Mercury a lot, less resonance with Sun or Mars. As I tend to feel my Virgo tendencies pretty heavily, I like the ease with which Geminis move through life. They have lively banter, quick wit, they're exciting and don't suffer from the perfectionist indecisiveness issues I struggle with. Long term, it becomes an issue, but I like it initially.

Virgo Women scare me!!! there's a weird quality to them that's hard to explain.

There's Aquarius weirdness which goes along like were just a couple guys working alone in a shed building something in secret...that's Aquarious weirdness.

Then there's Virgo women weirdness which sorta goes like I secretly like men tieing me up...that's freaky weird!!! or something else thats a little disturbing!!!!.

I find for self, that connection to people with strong Gemini, usually comes in more due to the combo of having strong Mercury planet wise and having it on the 11th (a social) house. That, and I have moderately strong Aquarius in my chart, which has a 5th House type pull/effect on Gemini.

And since I have very strong Capricorn energy (Sign wise) and very strong Jupiter Planetary wise, there is some connection there as well. Capricorn has a 8th House type attraction/energetic connection to Gemini (as we shall address below), and of course Mercury and Jupiter rule opposite Signs. Or in other words, Mercury (yellow to tan) and Jupiter (near violet to purple), are complimentary, opposite colors.

But strong Gemini in others close to me, doesn't figure prominently in my life even with all the above.

In my observations, younger gemini males tend to be too flighty and unreliable for my Virgo self. But the older ones do settle down quite nicely and become more reliable and more truthful.

You have the "plain Jane" Virgo type and the weird types with so many problems, some of it self inflicted.

Its the same thing with Gemini's you'll either encounter the unreliable, immature and manipulative type or an older reliable refined type.

So far I've had a mixed experience with Virgos I've tended to encounter the weirds ones...the type you get involved and you'll open up a "Pandora's box" of Problems.

I worked for a Virgo female boss for x amount of years, she liked my logic and reasoning to things.

I connect her problems to her strange behavior similar to what was mentioned above.

I recall her getting a Breast Reduction and then she started flashing her scars to her employees (I'm male)....I'm thinking seriously what the hell is wrong with you!!!.

But she did like the fact that I'd bring bird seed and she whould feed the ducks by the pond at lunch, simple things do go a long way with Virgo's.

I did encounter one great Virgo sun by accident we did get along, she was a plain jane type.

We did have a mars moon conjunction double whammy...but nothing ever went further but everything flowed so naturally thought.

Probably off topic.

I personally love cats, they work in mysterious ways.

They can see ghosts..and will protect there one and only. I really miss my Brown Tabby Cat she whould watch me sleep and guard me..ironically I'd never have any nighmares.

It was my fault for her leting her go outside, she ended up catching cancer from a feral cat. I thought she'd be happier being outside even I'd hate being coupued inside.

She also was intutive with me, cats intuitively know how to talk to there keepers.

During her final moments I put my hand out and she grabed my hand with her paw...she never woke up the next morning.

I was devestated and also terrified..anything once living now dead just makes me petrified.
