I couldn't find an answer to this online.

When progressed ASC change signs, the progressed house is different than natal house. For example, when progressed ASC moves from Cancer to Leo, Leo is the first house in your secondary progressive chart. What about the progressed new moon happening in Gemini (natal 12H, progressed 11H, for example)

Which system do you use?

Merc Retro Watch ..
I don't know if I'm understanding your question, okay? sorry
~

The 'Progressed New Moon' ..
is a separate astrological study.

Not the same as following the Progressions of your Moon or determining the current Progressed Ascendant of the Natal Chart.

With Secondary Progressions, for accuracy,
it is vital that you have a CORRECT Time of Birth.

You could choose Placidus House Cusps
or choose Whole Sign to simply things visually.

Their default is Placidus.

Dane's article is fascinating. Thanks Mirage29.

This house system is the third option how to read a new moon, based on his method of time and location of new moon after birth.

1. Where the new moon falls in natal chart
2. WHere the new moon falls in progressed chart
3. where the new moon falls in the new moon chart erected based on the time and birthplace of the new moon
