Depending on what sign this person has the Ascendant in conjunction with Pluto, without a doubt, it will be magnetic.
Pluto's magnetism may be repulsive or fascinating, but it will be magnetic either way.

Here you have an example.
Paul Walker is Virgo with his Ascendant in conjunction his Sun.
As you can see, he is magnetic in a leonine way. Like the Sun that gives heat.

Thank you for your response. I was asking for my own interest, as my sun is in Libra, with a Scorpio Ascendant conjunct Scorpio Pluto. So I was wondering if this was to blame for my frequent encounters with people becoming obsessed with me in a negative way. I seem to experience this more than my friends or family, and it happens regularly. And i don’t use the term obsession lightly, I mean I go through months of dealing with people trying to contact me after being blocked, showing up at my work or house, calling me from strange numbers, people making up complete lies about me claiming we are in a relationship even if we’ve never met sort of thing.

I also frequently deal with people generally not being fond of me. Which I am wondering if can be related to my pluto conjunct ascendant, but ALSO that would mean that anyone within close age range of me would also then have their pluto conjunct my ascendant.

Do you have any insight on how synastry would typically play out with these people? In other words, how does pluto conjunct another persons ascendant manifest in synastry? If you don’t mind answering, and i appreciate your insight and responses! Thanks.

I have Pluto conjunct Ascendant in Libra. I never had any problems with stalkers. Although I have had the occasional weirdo approach me on the street, they were always relatively easy to get rid of. I am very sure I have not attracted more unwanted attention than the average female.

When I was younger I did feel misunderstood in my intentions. I may have come of as far more dominant than I wanted to. But over the years I probably have learned to adjust my energy and behave more diplomatic.
