Soliarian, Luniarian, Mercurian, Venusian, Martian, Jupiterian, Saturnian, Uranian, Neptunian, Plutonian. Your DOMINANT planet is very important (whether you like it or not), because it took the WHOLE chart into account, including all the placements and aspects, houses, everything. Astrology site say this, don't shoot the messenger, I just cut and paste this quote: [ The "Dominant" planet defines your personality more accurately than your Sun sign and is calculated by taking into account EVERY element of your birth chart as a whole. The Dominant planet is the most powerful component of your chart. And is by far the most important astrological chart of a person. It's more important than the Sun sign and Ascendant.] link: https://horoscopes.astro-seek.com/dominant-planets-astrology-online-calculator This Astro site calculate it (just input your bday stuff), can you try it and tell me what yours dominant? My curious Gemini brain is being curious right now lol. Test it out, and what is yours? your Dominant planet and the percentage of it. IP: Logged |

It leaves me with more questions then answers....Dominant Planets: Pluto: 15.69% Saturn: 12.75% Venus: 13.73% Jupiter: 9.8% (Tie) Uranus: 9.8% (Tie) Mars: 8.82% (Tie) Neptune 8.82% (Tie) Mercury: 7.84% Moon: 6.86% Sun: 5.88% Dominant Element:
Earth: 29.63% (tie) Water: 29.63% (tie) Air: 25.93% Fire: 14.81% Signature Sign: Ambiguous Signature Sign But I don't know I've always been the outliner when it comes to data. In some astro calculators it puts my sun and mercury as the strongest...then in this calculator it puts it towards the bottom. I was never a "purebred" Gemini sun in the tradional sense...if your read generic sun signs, Mix a diffrent elements in my chart. I like the site, as there way more to a chart than just the sign (a sign means nothing if there no aspects to it). What you need is the aspects, placements, houses, etc.. Hard aspects will count more. There ALOT in astro-seek you can play with, you can view your chart and do alot of stuff on there, the tabs next to the dominant tab. IP: Logged |

As Pluto and Venus your chart score the most highest.
That whould make sense my Mercury and Sun all form conjunctions or trines..no hard aspects. I tend to flip between all of those elements...which might leave people confused... Sometimes I put my heart on my sleeve...other times I just scale back (Venus). Pluto, always sorta runs in the back of my head all the time as I'm always sensing what can go wrong? That's when the Gemini Mercury and Pluto energies mix. I've always been able to get out of things just at the right time. My Sun and Mercury are the only elements that seam consistant on a day to day basis. My Planets ========================================= ☉‘ ♊, ☽ ♈, ASC ♑, ☿ ♊, ¡÷ ♉, ¡ö ♋ , ♃ ♒, ♄ ♏, ♅ ♐, ♆ ♑

Hi, DualGem,Can you link me what other calculators you use? Because there only 2 planet dominant calculator I know of. One is in astrodienst Walter Pullen under extended chart. And this one astro-seek dominant calculator. I would love to know more where can I see the dominant planet, beside that 2 sites.

Pluto (16.39 %) closely followed by a tie of Mercury and Moon (14.75 %) for me. I don't really agree with how that calculator weighs different aspects though. Like why give more points for a soft aspect than for conjunctions or hard aspects...? So with that in mind I'd say Mercury is my most dominant planet, followed by Neptune and Pluto. IP: Logged |

Sis Librapurr, may I know the percentage please? There 10 planets, average should be around 10% each planet, so the more percentage you have the more heavy dominant it is.IP: Logged |

Venus (21%) - Moon (16%) - Pluto (12%) Earth dominant and Fixed Earth (Taurus) signature.Venus is very prominent in my chart, it’s the chart ruler, makes a lot of aspects and is part of my Taurus stellium. I can see how Venus energy is a big part of my personality. However, I feel like Mercury should be next as most dominant but it’s difficult separate that side of me from my Moon. I have Virgo Moon square Gemini Mercury in a tight orb. The calculator puts a lot of weight on the sign the planet is in. If it’s in domicile or exaltation, it becomes very prominent. I think this is a bit too much for generational planets. And I agree with Nadja that it’s strange that soft aspects get so many points. It’s an easy expression of that energy but harsh aspects can actually be more prominent in someone’s personality especially if there is a tight orb. IP: Logged |

Hi!! Sis DeepBlue, you must born in mid-80s like my husband. Your Pluto in Scorpio too?Fun fact, the last time when Mars Saturn Pluto all 3 malefic in the sign Scorpio was for 2 months in the year 1984. (as Mars only stay in a sign for 2 months before move to the next sign). Unless Mars retrograde which only happen every 2 years. Mars Conjunction Saturn in Scorpio only happened every 30 years, example in 1984 and last time was in 2014. I also have Mars conjunction Saturn (but my Mars aspects is very weak in my chart), I born in June 1984, however my Pluto was retrograde to Libra, so I don't have the Scorpio Pluto like my husband. that's actually exactly how mine is using my vedic chart (moon, mercury, and venus with moon being first and then mercury and venus being equal and right after) i have venus conjunct my ascendant in libra with my south node also conjunct and my venus is aspected by my moon, mars, mercury, and uranus surprised by pluto in mine actually it's sextile my sun (and neptune) but i guess it sitting in my first house is enough (my sun is also trine neptune and square saturn) IP: Logged |
