Hello Everyone

Just wondering if anybody can share their experience with this transit?

My partner has this transit and is struggling with addiction and trying to get sober and make it sober to a year and feels lost in the career realm currently probably since this transit started. I am thinking this transit started with great loss, getting divorced and losing his "family." He is a great dad and loves this kids but he is healing from that loss of losing his "family" as it was and that has added to feeling stuck and lost and he is trying to find his way and find work, he starts a new job on Monday but this job is temporary I feel, not his real path...

He seems to be at the 3rd phase of this transit if you break it down in three parts as his 11th house starts at 10 degrees in aquarius, I am hoping there is a turning point soon and with tr uranus conjunct his moon we are going to move in together and he sees me as a good influence and someone who can support his goal towards being sober as the holidays come up which are a huge trigger for him so living with me will help with that as last year during the holidays he relapsed.

Did you start to find your way half way through this transit? How was this transit like for you?

Just finishing this transit for myself!

I would say I did deal with a lot of emotions I was unconsciously addicted to. My observations with it being in my 10th house … i think the biggest struggle was coming to terms with how I am seen by the public. The reflections I was seeing back were so incompatible with who I was that it eventually moved me to make some drastic change to both my circles as well as my own feelings.

I’ve also got Saturn in Capricorn— this could be flavouring things in a more serious direction.

I wrote about this on another thread called "Pluto transit experiences". So I may be repeating myself here.

I am at the tail end of this transit through house 10. What it has done is destroy delusions about the career. And replaced all that with apathy.

Same experience here. It’s finishing its transit in my 10th house and now after two college degrees I am done. I have never been so indifferent towards my career and I hate working nowadays.

Lord jesus (I say in a non religious way out of habit LOL)......man I appreciate everyone's honesty in this thread but was hoping for some..."and then there was a turning point"...

I do feel my guy is about to enter that turning point phase and he is in the third final part of this transit so I hope this gives you all hope, I am keeping hope alive for him and you all...

Well I hope at some point the phoenix theme kicks in and everything that neeeds to pass away related to this area of your life does allowing for new growth and passion based on who you are authentically come to life.

what I hear him say is I just want to do something I don't hate, perhaps pluto in the 10th is done settle-ling for working just to earn a living but what I see in him is that he has to get his 4th house in order first so his 10th house can flourish.......due the trauma work he has avoided, heal, work on his addiction issues etc and when that foundation is healed and rebuilt his 10th house can then flourish!

I wonder if that is what is going on bc I have noticed that a lot with pluto transits....weirdly it often seems to focus on the opposite house if there are issues there as it is an axis and is all interconnected.

In fact I have a friend that just graduated from his counseling program and he has pluto transiting his 4th house and while he was in grad schoool he worked a ton on his trauma and addiction issues and now is over 2 years sober and he is now a counselor so again there is a theme with the 10th and 4th house and pluto passing through it with doing the deeper work that has been avoided and that setting you free to find your real path in life (10th house). My friend too previous to changing careers was working in a lab and he hated it and is how he ended up getting addicted to drugs but now he is a counselor and loves it, he specially loves working with couples which I personally don't like. He is a libra riser.
