Saturn in 7th is more challenging, though. But not necessarily a love buster. I would look at if there are other planets in the chart interacting with Saturn besides its trine with Venus.

You must be either Sagg rising or Leo rising. Your fiery rising sign tends to make you impatient and wanting what you want now. Saturn urges you to be patient and thoughtful in love. It delays but does not deny.

Relationships are definitely possible, even enduring ones at that. But you better love work because all relationships will require it in unending, copious amounts. But then again you will come to a point where you don’t trust the easy relationships, even if they were available.

I also have venus sextile ascendant and square jupiter.

Lucky you!!! I mean it. 🥳 My Venus only conjuncts Saturn on one side and Moon on the other.

Even Venus Pluto could bring a spicy love affair but alas, that’s not for me.

The things that happen by progression feel magical but also strange and “inappropriate” at the same time. I always say that what we have natally is what we are most used to.

I have this aspect as well, though my Venus is in Taurus. I actually think it's a nice positive aspect to have, it's a very stable aspect and means you take relationships seriously, whether they be platonic, romantic, professional etc. It's only when we're younger that we view this as a slightly negative irksome configuration as we view it like it's putting a damper on our romantic partnerships, but when taken from a broader view, we realize that we have pretty good relationships with our family, friends, coworkers, employers, etc. They detect the sincerity, fairness and values tied with Saturn and there's a good free flow of energy both ways.

Saturn in the 7th house is a different matter all-together, I have that as well in my Natal. I'm into my 40's and still single though there's a potential lurking around, though it's complicated. Saturn has to do with delays and obstacles and with it sitting in the 7th house of partnerships, ya, it's the elephant in the room. However, Saturn is not all karmic in the sense of negative, sometimes it's beneficial in the way it causes delays. If I had gotten married or had a child earlier, I would probably be divorced now and be on visitation with my child as I would not have had the time to learn about myself, my individuality. In a sense, my life would have become complicated. Now that I truly know myself and my values, I can make sure that I find a partner that can fit into those as well.

So as someone who has had a bit more time on my own journey, I would just share to use this Saturn time wisely, develop your talents, build your career and you'll probably feel better overall as we're not really the type to date casually and that's part of the problem. Even though we may think we're dating casually, the energy we give off because of Saturn is that we're seriously dating for the long haul and our dates can pick up on that sometimes and it puts them in a bind, because they may not be that serious.
