Moon in Aries is certainly doing its bit to help elevate my mood. I feel much better. Better than I have felt this whole week.

Ooo!! I’ve mainly worked with just women, and some of them get really b1+chy and passive aggressive about people using their pto.

1. My first school other women would excessively ask me to cover for them and the one time I asked a month in advance I got crickets!

2. The second school I worked at I got to go court to take the points off. I got done early so I went home and cleaned my apartment. Well I told people in the break room at work. This offended me and someone told my physco co worker and she wanted to confront me like “I KNOW what YOU diD!”

3. This same psycho threw a little hissy, that I took time off to go to a funeral. It was my now ex husband but at the time boyfriend I was living with step grandfather. The psycho was like “that’s the day you do diapers”

4. My first lead preschool job my boss was like “you don’t have to use all your PTO.” I just glared.

5. My last year I took the whole week off before spring break. Because spring break was my honey moon, but it was my first time going to a country where a different language is spoken. And I made vanity appointments leading up to it like getting waxed and getting my nails done.

6. Asking my boss at a different job to take time off for a funeral and getting asked on the spot if I want to come back after. When I really want to say no to their face but don’t know how to do it with out coming off harsh.

7. My new place I love that pto is done electronically so that way you are not asking a human persimmon to go to a funeral, etc. I really like this. But oh there are teachers who will 8itch if they know you took a vacation. Even if the teacher has an amazing work ethic.

I am very if a company establishes how many pto days you may have. P is for personal that means that is their business and no body else’s. I am a work to live person, work takes up most of our time and life. We get to see our coworkers more than people we actually love and care about if you think about it. If someone comes into work everyday and they use a pto day to play video games that is their business and good for them. Who the **** do these people think they are for being bothered that someone who chooses to be here all the time used a pto day? Why can’t miserable people let happy people be happy?? They are completely out of line and can sit the **** down.

But yeah….i do want to say I also have a problem with people excessively calling off. Unless there is some serious life or death matter going on. Like if someone burns up their pto right away, and then they still decide that they just want to do whatever they want and call off that is not fair to people like me who get over themselves and go into work but will plan ahead appointments and mental health days and vacations.

I can understand how you feel when it comes to working with other women.

I once worked in an office with all women, It was just me and another male...the other guy belonged to another team but because of the lack of space his office was on our floor.

Ever other day felt like a scene from the movie 'Mean Girls' based on how the women in the office interacted with each other.

I work in public sector now, made the jump just before a lot of developers were starting to get laid off for being to expensive.

Problem is I'm just really bored of my job, I get job security and so much PTO and time off that i'm not use to.

Anyway your right what you do with your time off is up to you.

There was a guy that took two months off because every week someone in his family whould pass away.

I didn't ask questions, didn't need to, Put two in two together.

He had a big family and alot of them are old.

I love with all my heart but I had to put up boundaries, or else he'll walk all over me! A shadow Scorpio (I'm not saying this is your father) can be three handfuls to deal with, and in some of the shadow Scorpio's nature, they have a certain need to control (Pluto? Mars?) others. In short I love my Scorpio nephew but I had to learn to live with space between him, and me.

If it's any consolation, I'd keep this in the back of my mind.

There has to be at least one student you've left a positive influence on.

If you encounter that one student later in life and you know played a pivotal part in guiding them in the right direction you will feel better that you did something positive in this world.

Had that encouter with my Kindergarten teacher later in life.

This is my True North in Taurus speaking, I can generally get through difficulty once I know why i'm there, what i'm doing, how to persist, and how to get out. Even if the entire world is going to sh*t around me.

You've left a good influence and shaped the life of at least one student, remind yourself that when your having those bad days.

I suggest you should spend some alone time and watch "A Million Miles Away"

Uranus is transiting my 12th house. Sometimes I attract people that want to get me into their bs. Like I got asked to do a slightly nudey photo shoot. And then I got asked to be in a parade. I’ve been asked by 2 people last month to be their roommate.

Co-workers have been more unpredictable. I hate when teachers do not treat the first half of August like a break.

That would be funny if you told your other peers, who also happen to be teachers, that it's Mercury Retrograde, and you won't be doing anything until August 27/28, when it goes direct!

Despite being very fixed and stubborn, I think he learned some lessons and got some wisdom. As he said last year he was not gonna argue with me and we both could stay with our opinions. There’s probably a lot of wisdom in his silence.

I have such a dehydration headache today.

Getting a bit a head of myself here but that full moon coming up 11 degrees in Virgo is exactly square my rising sign. In my 4th house. I have had to boomerang back to my parents since 2021. Moved back and changed my address with them in 2022. I feel sometimes the more I push the more I feel I’m moving up stream. I just accept being hella stuck. I’ve even cut down on socializing more for this reason.

Your doing fine, as mentioned your playing a key role in keeping society together...help guiding younger people towards the right direction.

I remember in my HS civics class, we were discussing columbine and my teacher said to us you know which kids are having trouble in school. So he whould try to smile and be friendly and it might change the students day around!!!. Some small gestures can go a long way.

A downside with moving back with your parents is if they default back to treating you the same before you left the nest...if i was in the same shoes I'd just keeping telling myself it's just for a time.

Once you put it in your mind and think it's a forever thing you've lost.

I found out I will have to return to the office at least 3 days a week. Not exactly happy about it.

Fortunately I can take the subway to work.

Not sure i'd want to drive, working remotely has made me forget about what it's like to drive through traffic in the morning.

With my Aries moon I'd arrive pi*ed off because of the traffic.

I generally just get up 15min before I start, brush my teeth, brush my hair and throw on a button up shirt and log onto teams.

I decided I will stick through the return to office. If my assumption is correct it's causing a power vacuum.

Some people have threatened to resign or retire, so if I stick it through maybe another role will open up.

I re though my role, it's not to bad the Director General does invite me to key meetings.

I coordinate the security activities, my compliant has always been i'd rather be in a more specialized role instead of a person that has a general understanding of all the roles. Mr. Gemini does not want to be a Jack of all Trades, or if he has to, be a jack of all trade with at least one specialty.

I'd rather be the person conducting the Vulnerability assessments and DevSecOps instead of the guy receiving the reports and informing what to do based on all the different reports from all the different teams.

But I read that for many organizations just having someone responsible for coordinating all of these activities and is ensuring that all the applications are being mitigated adds alot of value, even if it's not always a technical role.
