The last time Saturn was conjunct my Mars, we'd moved here (different area), due to an extreme lack of money. Saturn is sextile my dad's sun, and we lived in this tiny, crappy place, because money was so tight. We've never had the luxury of savings, or anything, but dad thought he could start, last year - until he found out that he owed *a lot* in taxes.

That sounds like classic Saturn. I always tell people that Saturn feels like restriction, confinement and contraction. You smile a lot less when Saturn is transiting. Hence people who have Saturn angular*especially 1st house* tend towards being cynical or sarcastic etc.

I was feeling this restriction in 2021 when I started my job at a company which had a lot of stuffy academics. It was not a pleasant experience. Transiting retro Saturn was conjunct my progressed Sun/squaring progressed Mars.

When I left, Trans Ura was squaring progressed Sun/ opp prog Mars. I had to leave. I was bored AF.

I also recall that in 2013, things got hectic. Saturn/Mars square at 7 Degrees was the day when I had to take over from a colleague. No formal training. No assistance. Just a lot of demands that had to be met. Awful!!

Then when Saturn was still around 8 Degrees ,my relationship (at the time) started to fall apart.I got dumped 😶

I'm so tired mentally. I just am. Like too tired to almost do anything. Last night I was too tired to even watch tv. I'm up drinking coffee, but still feel mentally tired. idk if I should just be a potato and get it out of my system.

Ever tried hard in something? Maybe it was becoming the best sprinter? So you train for months/years.Always perfecting your body towards taking you towards that goal.

Then one day,when you are on the starting line of an Olympic contest. You are put against other runners who are also wanting to be "the best".

All your training, late hours at the gym, personal sacrifices to bypass relatonships that would distract you from your goals etc. Comes down to that moment.Was it all worth it? Is this when you will shine? Become the best?

There is something very "make it or break it" about the 29th degree. I compare it to what I described above. Something that feels urgent and definitive etc.

So yes, I do suspect that this year will be "it" for us all. This to close off the issues pertaining to the previous house (I use whole sign houses) once and for all.

I was wondering why this online friend of mine was obsessed with losing weight?
His Asc is in Leo. And it seems like a LOT of his focus was geared towards that.

Add to that, going through with therapy, abstaining from sex and trying to heal past wounds etc. All 6th house related themes.

I thought that his birth time was off and that with the ingress of Pluto going into Aqua, he is really Virgo Asc. In this way, Pluto will be in house 6(what his focus was on).

But then when I consider Pluto being in Cap by retrograde transit for most of the year, was when his obsession peaked. I am not so sure. Is it possible that the potency of the cusp degree is bringing about an urgent focus on these matters? Matters of the 6th?

It would make sense. This since Pluto is an outer planetary transit and will not visit Cap again in his lifetime( nor anyone else's for that matter).So perhaps the focus on 6th house matters( Leo Asc has Cap 6th) is reflective of the "last call" energy of the 29th degree?

Pubs get full when close to closing time, retail stores follow the same pattern.And how many times have we (at school) pulled out a book right before a test for "last minute" revision?🤷🏿‍♂️

So with that in mind, I looked at what is going on with me.

My schooling career came to a head when Pluto was on the cusp of Sag.The 9th house is gurus,values,integrity,law, morals, ethics, education,teachers, good deeds, good luck/fortune, prosperity etc.

I recall wrapping my degree studies up when Pluto was on the 29th degree of Sag. It really felt like a "do or die" situation then. But there was so much optimism then. So much faith and belief in the future.

When Pluto transited Cap, my career area hasn't been great. There have been so many upheavals and not much success on this end.

The 10th house is the public, society, the dominant parent, status, fame, influence, power,celebrity,authority, career, rapid changes/destabilizing things.

The last bit(especially) convinced me that Aries is indeed my Asc. Pluto in Cap was NO fun. So much focus on career and many destabilizing situations throughout.

Now that I am on the cusp of the 29th degree of Cap, will there be an obsession towards giving my career one last heave? Is there an imminent final destabilizing situation that is about to hit me between May and Oct this year? The time when Pluto is retrograde in Cap? We will see🤔

11th hpuse is social benefits from society,partying,friends, social networks,"Fans", contacts,references, enjoyment of the Arts, Entertainment, Pleasure, Leisure activities (which involve others),income derived from societal connections/engagements.

transit pluto conjunct moon hasnt been noticeable or extreme. maybe because i’m already an 8H 29° Moon sextile Pluto. if anything, i feel emotionally stronger, wiser, dignified than ever; the wind beneath my sails

I also travelled back yesterday.Trans Venus was conjunct natal Jupiter.I think I have done enough back/forth travelling for now.

These past holidays were quite hectic.

26th and 28th Dec (very busy days) had Trans Merc/Mars 23 Sag on my natal Jupiter in Sag. That was busy.

Things only appeared to settle.But then, from the 4th-8th of Jan, things picked up again. Also very busy.

Trans Sun in Cap was square Mars/opp Moon and conjunct Mercury. Trans Venus in Sag was conjunct natal Uranus. Trans retro Mercury was conj natal Jup. Trans Mars was conj natal Sun.

I find it interesting that natal Jupiter was conjunct transiting Mercury on Nov 26th 2023 when my sister travelled back home. Whilst transiting Mars in Sag was conj natal Uranus (11 Dec 2023) when I did.

The same planets seem to be involved in back-forth travelling in my chart. And they were also involved in some changes that ensued in 2016 and 2017.

In 2016, transiting Neptune & Saturn were square and conjunct (respectively) my natal Uranus. Home changes.

In 2017, transiting Saturn in Sag was conjunct natal Jupiter when I was at a stressful job. Then Saturn went to conjunct my natal Sun when I decided to enrol for a 2nd qualification.

In 2021/2022/23, transiting Neptune was square natal Jupiter back/forth. Part of that time was spiritual awakening. But also sadness and deep depression.

Transiting Jup Pisc square natal Jupiter (and even on natal Sun) was a complete dud. I have never felt so LOW for so long. It was beyond awful. I was so sad all the time, that I started to doubt Jupiter's "beneficial" effects.

Things seemed to get better when trans Jup went into Aries.This in particular squaring my Moon/Merc/Mars T-square.
I was more active. Financially, I was also feeling optimistic.

Transiting Saturn Pisc 7 widely squared natal Uranus Sag 10 and all that changed. Delays and interruptions in payment at work for months. Things felt "slow" again.

Now that Jupiter is in Taurus and arcing to oppose natal Saturn, I am financially ok. And mentally much better. 2023 was not a great year. But it was better than 2022 and 2021.

Jupiter will arc to oppose natal Venus this year. Trans Uranus is retrograde is on natal Venus by opposition. I am not sure what effect this transit has. I read that people fall "madly inlove". Or are the recipients of another's spontaneous attractions to them?

Nothing to report so far. Except that since it is coinciding with Saturn transit on my natal Uranus, I find that it is detaching me from certain ties. No love, just exile.

My Nephew just recently started school. He has natal Mars Aqua 0 and Uranus Tau 0 in square aspect. Transiting Pluto 29 Cap will ingress into Aqua this year. And that coincides with his milestone. I think that that is big.

I very rarely get high. It had been years! A friend gave me a couple of edibles on NYE and they were stronger than we anticipated. 😯 Like WOAH. It was a bit much for me, as I was having *a lot* of heavy revelations while at this party. At one point, it felt as though my Subconscious Self was meeting and shaking hands with my Conscious Self. And was actually super proud of the person that I was! Wild experience.

I wasn't super hungry. Nor happy. Nor sleepy. Not drunk (altough I love Bourbon). I was just consumed with deep thoughts.

The next day, my friends told me that I had a "rare" type of high that most people don't usually experience. 🤷🏾‍♀️

That sounds interesting. I'm still not sure I want to try it, but if I did, it would be with an edible. Your post is the only thing, aside from the woman saying it helps her to relax and sleep, that has had me thinking about trying it.

I am not always a big fan of the description of transits you find online so at times is best to reflect and interpret yourself how the transit is manifesting for you, similar to dream interpretation you can say.

Sun represents the father and our Identity. For me the Sun is conjuncting the MC so is connected to my sense of direction as well. My sun rules the 8th as Leo is intercepted there and my Sun falls in the 9th and conjuncts the MC.

In terms of my career my father has had a lot of influence on me, he is a counselor and so am I, we have always connected with our common interest in the topic of healing, psychology and counseling.

Tr Neptune opposing my SUN though has been tricky you can say...This past week I wrote an email to my dad that I feel is a reflection of this transit and me kindly explaining to him who I am and letting him know I dont truly want to move back to FL and trying to explain to him why; the fact is I feel more at home in Colorado because culturally and energetically I resonate more with Colorado. I have been feeling this pressure from him to alter my life and path to be close to him as he desires I move back to FL.

In essence the letter attempts to paint a picture he can understand of the choices I have made, who I am and where I am at.

I feel this neptune transit has been making me feel this pressure from my father to change directions for him and return home and I was confused for a while if this is something I truly wanted for myself. I now see it came more from him and if down the line I move to FL again I want it to come from ME that decision 100% and not the influence or family or guilt.

I feel my mother's health deteriorating and then her passing away has led to tr Neptune opposing my Sun manifesting in a way that makes me feel my father is trying to fill the void my mother left behind with me and that letter was about stopping that subconscious dynamic between us and releasing that pressure that is making me feel resentful. I feel the void too and I am trying to work through it and find an appropriate way to fill that void and he will have his own unique journey figuring that out too but the answer is not me. The opposition is about having the strength to set this boundary with my father and avoid going down a path with him that could lead to co-dependency. I am not going to rescue him and fall into the drama triangle which triggers anxiety. I am going to do some coaching and provide encouragement for him to empower himself with the information and guidance I have provided.
