I’m going to try something, if my nervous system can handle it. Now just to see if it can. Or I may just say “**** it” as I have been, and not bother. I used to think that everyone was worth it, but I don’t anymore. I used to think that most people were genuinely good. I keep seeing that this is a mars year, a time for Aries and Scorpio to shine, which would be nice, but I’m not feeling shiny. IP: Logged |

Moon in Capricorn. Last Tr. nodes started with tension and break up with a friend. But reconciliation with the other friend. With the last moon of the year. It looks like we might be able to be friends and have fun again. I would probably never trust her what is kinda my new normal. But we still can relate to each other more than to the other people. And seems like the fate sends us experiences what make us to relate and dislike other people.. I’m pretty sick and tired from friendship drama taking so much place in my life. I cannot wait when nodes will leave Libra. But who knows how Virgo Pisces will work 🙈🙉 IP: Logged |

Tr. nodes Libra- Aries. One Libra stellium also had some friendship drama. But it looks like he has luck on people generally otherwise. And all of his relationships become productive. IP: Logged |

I’ve had vertigo for three days. I couldn’t sleep, partly because I knew I had to be ready to leave by a certain time on Tuesday, so it didn’t happen at all. The same thing happened when we looked for a tree, a month ago. And before the eclipse in April. But I finally got some sleep. The moon in Aquarius and Pisces, is usually a good time for that. Salt & Water to get rid of Vertigo, it worked for me and it worked for my dying Aunt. And it works for several other health issues as well. NO coincidence this combi of W & S is called the Elixer of life, hydrating the entire body. Try it. Celtic sea salt is recommended.
What got me inspired? This; https://jane333.substack.com/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=web&utm_campaign=substack_profile And just started reading the Salt Fix ; https://www.amazon.com/Salt-Fix-Experts-Wrong-Eating-ebook/dp/B01GBAJR9C IP: Logged |

Thank you. I’ve been drinking Liquid IV, and drip drop. I need them anyway, but I always go for them when I’m dizzy. I also add a pinch of sea salt to big glasses of ice water. someone I follow recommended that, but in a group for my stomach issues, they actually recommended some sort of salt mixture that you make in a jar, and use so much in water every day. I hate the way hydration came up as a thing on social media, and suddenly we got dozens more hydration drinks to try, at hefty prices. The prices keep going up. This vertigo is why I try not to stay up for two days when fixing my sleep schedule. I get hit with this when I can’t sleep, or when I’m really stressed. The sick headache/migraine really takes me out. I finally got out last night, but my head was still hurting, and when I was in the van alone, waiting, another wave of nausea hit me. I’m still getting dizzy. One stressful thought, or turn my head to the right, and the room starts to spin, so it’s enforced chill time. Today, I woke up too early, because of bad anxiety in my solar plexus. So I guess I’ll find out if there was a reason for that, or if it was just my brain, because I didn’t want to wake up. Glad your okay. My mom had vertigo several years ago. Happened while she was at work. I didn't know until I arrived home and noticed a msg left from the hospital on my answering machine. I then drove to the hospital, she was surprised to see me there. My Planets ========================================= ☉‘ ♊, ☽ ♈, ASC ♑, ☿ ♊, ¡÷ ♉, ¡ö ♋ , ♃ ♒, ♄ ♏, ♅ ♐, ♆ ♑ IP: Logged |

Teasel, Looking at the key electrolytes of the brands you mentionedSodium; - Liquid IV – 500mg - Drip Drop – 330mg Potassium; Liquid IV – 370mg Drip Drop – 180mg .. then it doesn't line up with the amount of sodium we need which is 27 times more than potassium (27:1) so it's a bit like buying a cat in a bag while you can make it so much cheaper and EFFECTIVE with plain seasalt and water. Jane's article explains it well; https://jane333.substack.com/p/how-does-salt-restriction-lead-to

This is heavy but I suspect a significant change with a focus on the water and salt elixer. I would be very surprised if there was not. The brain is about the most sensitive to dehydration. IP: Logged |
