So I guess we are in midst of about to be of a Saturn square Jupiter transit. How will these affect those who have jupiter square saturn natally?

The transit will stimulate those who have Jupiter/Saturn in mutable signs. And so it depends on the person concerned.

I have had Sat square natal Jup which has proven more consequential than Jup aspecting Saturn.

In the former aspect,I started school again. Saturn(in my opinion) is the real guru. As you actually have to come out with something tangible (a degree, a certificate, a new skill etc.) After going through its transit.

Saturn had me adhere to standards required to learn/acquire a skill.

Jupiter is in its fall in Gemini.

And Saturn is not very powerful in Pisces, since Pisces is ruled by Jupiter.

the interplay of these two planets in square in these particular signs will require that each shows flexibility of some sort. Jupiterian spirit should prevail though.
