Mars in Cancer could be something affecting home life/roots and peace of mind that one gets when at rest. This may not necessarily only be at home. But also anywhere where you have a "nest" /dome/sanctuary.

It can mean an upsurge of activity at home? Something chaotic that may even arouse hot emotions like anger within family members? Maybe even disputes with friends whom are like "family" to you- this especially if you live with them?

There could be an increase in sleepless nights or restlessness and insomnia? One can sustain a bruise due to some home-related injury?

Parents (esp Mom) may be on the edge temper-wise and easily irritable? Or they are involved in some rigorous activity more than usual?

There could be an event taking place around the home? Repairs, a party, a wake? Etc. Or a visit that means that things don't function as "per usual".

I have also noted that Mars in Cancer can impact the stomach,chest/breast areas generally.There could be increased sensitivity there i.e. allergies that bring stomach upsets/inflammation/ ulcers?

So one may have to drink a lot more water to balance heightened stomach acidic content.Or refrain from indulging in foods that have high acidic ingredients.

Generally, it can be a transit of discomfort. As Mars is at its fall in Cancer. And that could mean that one has to have uncomfortable conversations that include having to assert oneself to those close to them-whether family/ lover/friend/worker relations etc. In order to express how they really feel within.

Linda Goodman forum is a sanctuary or dome(Cancer) metaphorically speaking.So it is possible that there may be new activity/posts on here that lead to hurt feelings or increased sensitivity. More in-fighting or disagreements/discord more than usual

The mods are "caretakers" of this site. So they may have more activity to deal with in their personal lives that will pull them away from the activity on here? OR Maybe they could find themselves having to manage interactions on here more frequently than is usual?

Mars in Cancer 00 tropical ,is Mars in Gemini 5Deg in the Rahu Nakrashta. Rahu can be very destructive by magnifying things. So when Gemini is involved, what is magnified are words said.

One astrologer said that Cancers will become more outgoing during this time.

I have Jupiter Cancer house 2, 4 degrees. I made less money in the summer, so I can see this transit of things getting back to normal for me financially. That eclipse in March squared my Jupiter and it was basically a turning point for me to work on my self esteem. This is a long lasting lesson and I wonder where I’ll be in a year or two from now with it.

In November it will be 2 years since I moved back with my parents it’s been frustrating but I’ve learned to be more at peace with it. Now that I kind of gave up…this New Moon today is exactly square my Gemini Rising in my 4th house.

Virgo season is so regulating for me because it’s my 4th house and my chart has a lot of water and earth in it.

Mars in Cancer hitting your Jupiter in Cancer in house 2 could exponentially increase tendencies towards impulse buying.

Because Can is about deep motivations. It would be worthwhile to examine what those motives are-this especially in terms of purchases.As these could be reflective of your hidden mental/emotional state.

So for instance,notice how when you go to the store hungry(which I would strongly caution against)/anxious/angry etc. That your emotions can cloud how much you need and therefore end up spending.

No. Focus only on Cancer qualities. I added the Vedic part in order to emphasize the connection. It was an inner conversation that wasn't meant to confuse.

When Mars starts off (Vedic Gemini 6-20), it's in the Rahu Nakshrata which magnifies things.And Mars can be very argumentative.

Cancer Mars (tropical) transit is a time when we have to be careful in magnifying words/gestures made to us and take offense where none was intended. That's the point of it.

If we are rational or maintain a certain level of restraint by not personalizing all that has been said (or reading too much in what is implied) , we can maintain inner peace through detachment.

It won't be easy ofcourse as Mars and Cancer are both not known to be "rational". And often the magnification of things only exacerbates their inherent qualities. Hence I prescribed caution to all.

So at some point, these two will form an opposition. So those with planets nearing/on the cusp of Can/Leo and Cap/Aqua, will feel the energy.

The exact opposition of Mars 29Can to Plu 29Cap happens on the 4th of November 2024( the U.S. elections are on the 5th of November). I think that this is significant.

Just yesterday (when Mars opp my Sun/ Nep),I did just that. I lied through my teeth -to conceal my life from an ex colleague.

I invented a life I don't have on order to conceal the life that I am currently living.

I can never be open.Not completely. It's extemely uncomfortable for me. And I can never understand why that is.

I prefer to remain "inconclusive" . I will even fake/lie about things that I know will please them. Get them off my back. Stop them from asking questions about my life. So I can conceal it.

This transit made that clear to me. That as much as I say I want to be transparent. I don't. Not completely. And I have to be ok with retaining some secrets about myself from others. This even if it makes me appear "shady". This is the shadow side of Neptune that I am embracing.

Oh snap! It really goes along with the theme of working on my self esteem for a long time. It’s my second house.

I’ve having a lot of issues at work right now. Like my time card not working, not getting a deposit this yesterday, unable to take lunch breaks.

I forgot how much I hate signing for a package from Fed Ex. They only want to deliver it WHEN IM WORKING. They were finally going to bring it at decent time yesterday but then they delayed it. So now they are going to deliver it again on Monday when I am WORKING.
BTW with Jupiter in my second house…it’s a bath board. Lol

Mars transits are extemely important for triggering events.I would even go as far as to say that they are THE most visceral experience of the themes connected to the house they occupy.

Mars will go retro this year Dec 7th at 6Leo. Then go direct in Feb 24th 2025 @17Can.This is crucial.

People with planetary placements between 15Cardinal and 8Fixed, will be feeling the pinch. And I am one of them 😶

People with planets/angular points at the tail of cardinal/fixed i.e. 25Cardinal to 5Fixed , will be especially affected in late Dec to mid Jan.

From January 1st to the 18th(the days progressively separating by a 5 degree orb in terms of the intensity of the energy ). Trans Mars will be opposing Plu.

I have my eyes fixed on January 1st to 12th. The Mars /Plu trans opp will be squaring my Plu.

Heightened concerns about domestic affairs OR even those concerning vulnerable groups of people I.e. women, children, the elderly, disabled , homeless etc. Goes hand in hand with this transit.

In June 2025 specifically, trans Mars in Virgo will be in sextile aspect to Jup. And then 21st of June will see Sun in Can 1Deg meet up to conj Jup and sextile Mars. Whilst Jup will still be squaring Sat/Nep conj in Aries.
