Hi I was wondering, provided that some cultures use Lunar calendars and celebrate Full Moons, like the Chinese culture, if you follow a Lunar calendar does that mean that your Lunar sign becomes more important or defining than the Sun sign? What do you think? Regards IP: Logged |

Hi, Not unless you are fully aware of why you're following that specific calendar. The majority of people live on cultural and political autopilots. IP: Logged |

Everything is relative to your experience. As said above, don't follow for the sake of following( because everybody is doing it). It must mean something to you. IP: Logged |

Personally I think it depends on the chart. For example, my sun is buried in the 12th house in Taurus, but my moon is exactly conjunct Pluto and my chart is Pluto dominant. My moon is also the first planet in line in my chart, it's also at 29°. That makes my moon a heavy hitter overall so I come across as more scorpio to people even though my moon is in libra, I carry that Pluto influence heavily. IP: Logged |

I think they are both equally important.Symbolically, the Sun rules the day and the moon rules the night. Both day and night are important. We could not live in places of eternal sunshine because it would mess up our sleep and circadian rhythm. IP: Logged |
