I used a Placidus chart and I cannot figure it out. If I am a Leo rising, then my 7th house should be Aqua right? But if I use a Placidus chart, Pluto goes through my 6th house even though my 6th house as a Leo rising should be Capricorn. This somehow does not make sense to me. http://imgur.com/PSgsg5Q IP: Logged |

Your ascendant is 27*Leo, according to the chart. So, Pluto is going into your 6th house. Your 7th house is 27*Aquarius.If you used whole signs, that would give you Leo as your entire first house - I think. Wow, that's a loaded 12th house. IP: Logged |

Yeah see I am confused. I am not sure if I am to use Placidus or Whole Sign when trying to see how Pluto is going to impact me. I already felt a lot of 6th house themes a couple of years ago where my body convinced itself that I would die of cancer. The inner hypochondriac in me came out but then I realized Saturn was transiting my 6th house and that is where I was having my Saturn return. Aquarius is the descendant to Leo so I would think this Pluto hits my 7th house. I also relate well to my 12th house though so maybe Placidus is better for me? IP: Logged |

Placidus and whole house are different systems. Hellenistic and Vedic astrology use whole house, but psychological astrology uses Placidus. It’s a choice you make. But in both house systems, Saturn is lord of the 6th house. So when transit Pluto comes close to your Saturn in Aquarius, 6th house themes will be felt either way. It’s a very strong theme in your natal chart. With your Sun and lord of the 1st house in opposition aspect, and with Pluto and lord of the 4th house in square aspect. It’s part of you. And every time Saturn, Uranus, Neptune or Pluto move through a fixed sign, they will trigger these particular psychological patterns. IP: Logged |

You are only confused because you are using whole house system. If you use Placidus it will all make sense. I personally use Placidus. Most people pick one or the other. IP: Logged |

Yeah I have been reading about the whole T-Square and all of it being in fixed signs. I keep reading about it time and time again. It is actually interesting and a good read on your part. Just realized that both my 6th and 7th houses are Saturn-ruled. Capricorn being the earthly and materialistic part of Saturn and Aquarius being more air and intellectual. I never thought of it that way until now. As I reflect a bit more, I see ways this could be tied up. I am still trying to learn more about it all. Initially, I just watched the videos of Pluto in Aqua and how it will impact Leo Risings and it pointed to the 7th house but now I am taking the 6th into account today. Saturn already transited there for my SR. IP: Logged |

Whole sign is easier to use but I go to my Placidus because I relate to my 12th house. I am a bit confused by how the Pluto in Aqua transit impacts me now. I thought it would have little to do with my actual health and more to do with relationships since it was going to hit the 7th. IP: Logged |

Applying transits can be stronger, they're like that hurricane or tornado getting closer. Pluto will oppose your planets in the 12th house, but it's going to be a while before it gets close enough to have an effect. The 12th can cover hospitalizations, as far as I recall, and it might cover part of dealing with scares mentally and emotionally. Although I usually associate the 3rd house with that, the 12th is deeper. When Pluto moved into my 3rd house, things happened over and over, that crushed me mentally and emotionally. I think Saturn was in my 12th for a while there, too. Everything hurt, and nowhere felt truly safe, after a while, because my home life was affected, too. Uranus transits have been affecting fixed signs, too. So that could be part of what you spoke of before. Worry over potentially having cancer. When Uranus was conjunct my Ceres, Chiron, and Sun, I lost my mother to an aneurysm that burst. We only found out about it, a month before. IP: Logged |

Yeah I did some research and apparently as a potential second decan Leo, March 2029 is when I will have to be careful as that is when Pluto will start to oppose my Sun and also later on my Mercury. Been reading a lot about the Sun opposite Pluto transit. What I have noticed is that it calls into a lot of problems with authority figures just a lot of power struggles. 12th house rules hospitals, healthcare, institutions, prisons/jails, rehab centers, and nursing homes. As I look more into it, I think it is telling me that in these transits, I would need to be careful with authority figures because if I am not, I can be in serious trouble. I would probably be wise to live a clean life, lawyer up just in case, and learn as much as possible about the legal system of the country I am in. Either that or I end up getting beat so bad by a cop that I end up in a hospital lol. IP: Logged |

The way he affected her, and my sister - it was actually like I described with Pluto entering my 3rd (I have no relationship with my sister, and part of her behaviour tied back to that guy teaching her how to fight - then she would hurt me). I used to have a recurring nightmare that I was being chased around the building our apartment was on the roof of (in a community), and I'd wake up realizing that it was that guy chasing me, in the dream. The man who almost killed me, didn't scare me as much as he did. Both of them are a big part of why I'm still single. Anyway, I also dealt with the beginning of bullying, that got worse, until I dropped out. Pluto was in my 12th, at the time. All of this = my PTSD, and extreme social anxiety. I don't know how it would manifest for you, being in your 6th house. That's your everyday house, and your health. I have personal planets in the 6th, and I have health issues that are consistent ones, you learn to live with them. When I catch something that's going around, it's always taken me down more than any other member of my family. My whole life. I don't do readings for people, because I'm always afraid of being too positive, or too negative, and you can never really tell what a transit will bring you. I remember an actress being engaged to a multi-millionaire when Pluto and Jupiter did their thing. They broke up over a year later, and then the following year, she got a job on a hit show, and was able to give herself more of the lifestyle that she'd enjoyed when she was with him.
Wow, tough tough stuff. It always sucks when it happens to you as a kid because that is when you are so helpless. It really sucks you had to go through all that. I cannot even begin to comprehend how that must feel like. As for me, I wonder if it will be like a redo of 2022 but more intense. Like I remember when my Saturn return was at its peak, I thought I was going to die of cancer. It was like the hypochondriac in me woke up, I googled my symptoms, and was getting by with no sleep and all of that. Well, it turned out after a lot of scans and bloodwork, I did not seem to have cancer (knock on wood). However, I feel as if Pluto is a more intense version of Saturn so what if this is more of a "Yeah remember 2022? You better have learned some lessons because I am coming back for a round 2". But now that I think about it, my work stress seemed to be a big part of the health issues too. I also rest on the idea that by then, we would have a cure for so many different cancers, even if they are advanced lol. IP: Logged |

So really, will it be more of a transit that affects houses 6 and 7 or houses 5 and 6?IP: Logged |

I would say mostly 6th house, and eventually 7th. But Pluto transit will also opposite Sun (1st house lord), Mercury (2nd and 11th house lord) and Venus (3rd and 10th house lord). And square your natal Pluto (4th house lord). So some of these themes could also pop up. It doesn’t mean it’s all negative, it’s also an opportunity to do some much needed work on yourself. Pluto is also the planet of personal growth. But it won’t be easy as it involves confronting parts of yourself you would rather hide. IP: Logged |

I feel like I just went through 6th house stuff forever now, ugh. Like what the heck. However, I thought about some things that might happen. Maybe I take my workout and diet seriously so I look better than I ever have. However, I am still exploring what 6th house means for work. Seems like I am just best off studying on the 6th house and then I realize I have a freaking Virgo moon. IP: Logged |

🤣 Same… Virgo Moon is not easy. There’s an inner critic that just never shuts up. 6th house is more than work and health. It’s about having to accept certain circumstances as a given, and how you work with that. You have a tricky Rising, Sun and Moon combination. Leo and Virgo are very different energies. Your Virgo energy might be difficult to access when you need it. And sometimes you might even completely submerge yourself in that energy to the extreme. I know your current situation sucks, but it’s best if you don’t stress too much. Belief in your capabilities to deal with whatever comes unto your path. There is no easy solution, you need to just hang in there. Because Saturn does come with rewards over time after the hard work is done.
