Check your solar return chart alongside your natal it and look at the 5th houses. SR moon was in my 5th house with both births of my children and, even the year I adopted my nephew. IP: Logged |

Do you mean the SR moon was in the natal 5th or the SR 5th house? IP: Logged |

Both, your SR moon could be in the SR 5th or natal 5th house but just from personal experience, there will be a 5th house signature.IP: Logged |

I would look at what Jupiter and Saturn are doing in your chart. And since we are so close to multiple planetary impressions, I would consider Neptune and Uranus too. What does your chart look like ? IP: Logged |

I would look at the 5th house and see what transit Saturn (IVF is work), Mars (triggers events), Jupiter (Good luck), Uranus (science and unpredictability) are doing in respect to that house, if you have natal planets in that house. I would also check the ruler of the 5th house, and any significant transit of the above planets affecting the ruler of the 5th house. IP: Logged |

Hi charlie, when I was pregnant with my 1st child, I had Jupiter transiting my 5th house. Which is an indicator that I definitely had babies on my mind. When he was born, Saturn was transiting my ascendant. Saturn is the ruler of my 4th house, and with parenthood a lot of new responsibilities came into my life. I don’t think astrology can predict if you get pregnant or not, but it can say something about what’s on your mind, the themes that are important for you at that time. Uranus is about to transit your natal Jupiter again, your 5th house ruler, so unconventional ideas and unexpected surprises with regards to children might be a theme. Uranus has been hovering there for a while so this might have been on your mind for longer as well. Uranus is your 7th house ruler, so there could be developments regarding partnerships too. Pluto is about to exit your 5th house but about to move into an opposition with your natal Saturn, your 5th house co-ruler (interception). Pluto is confrontational and might bring up some uncomfortable truths. This could also relate to your own childhood as Pluto is the ruler of your 4th house and Saturn is in your 12th house. So based on your transits, you’re about to go through a phase of inner turmoil when it comes children and your own childhood experiences (Pluto and Saturn). And already in play for a while is the theme of surprises, unconventional ideas or using technical innovations with regards to children (Uranus and Jupiter). IP: Logged |

You're welcome! Becoming a parent is a big step, it will change your life in significant and unexpected ways. I have 2 kids, both are very different people. Which is both amazing and frustrating, there is no guarantee you're a good match with your child. They're their own unique personalities. Actually, I belief that parenthood is a very karmic life event and it's almost guaranteed you and your child will teach each other important lessons, and often personal growth comes through pain. Only you know if you're open to the experience. Are there certain fears that are holding you back? IP: Logged |

As I said, it's a matter of looking at Jupiter and Saturn in your chart to see what they are doing.Jupiter will be entering Cancer this year and will conjunct your Sun(ruler of the 12th house)and oppose your Moon(domestic affairs) ruling the 11th house. Saturn will be entering Aries this year too. But it will retro to Pisces and still be in the 7th house. In the first instance of Jupiter conj Sun in 11th , my thinking is that either you might join/have joined groups (11th)either online or in person, that centre around the issue of parenting through IVF. Because of Sun being in Cancer in 11th and Jupiter arcing to conjunct it this year, your mind will be focused on those issues. And it is perhaps through joining these groups (11th) and swopping experiences etc, that you will get the support (Cancer) that you need for this journey. Since 12th house is in Leo (Sun ruled), the ruler of the 12th house (Sun) in the 11th would suggest that you are likely to keep your involvement with these groups (11th) private from those external to them(12th). This journey is very personal (even feel spiritual to you). And so you will only network (11th) with people who understand the delicate nature involved in it(12th). Jupiter expanding your Sun may suggest added contacts in this regards. Wisdom, growth and increased knowledge in relation to this subjet matter is likely. Jupiter opposite the Moon suggests that your emotions will be all over the place. One day encouraged, next day deflated. With Moon ruling the 11th and in the 5th, these groups or networks/contacts you form during this period(11th),may be instrumental in helping you achieve the objectives of the 5th house(Moon location). They may help you stay positive, laugh, relax and aid you in some way direct or indirect in achieving your goal of getting children etc. In the second instance of Saturn in 7th, it can emphasize collaboration (7th) as well as a sense of shares purpose and commitment with others towards a goal. Saturn often deals with the State, organization or company. These entities tend to have very technical procedures and adherences one must follow i.e. inception is done on a specific day, selecting and testing the integrity of the sperm, ascertaining the health of the womb (no issues with scar tissue, fibroids or related impediments etc. Saturn is strongly impersonal and technical. Add to the above, transiting Saturn in 7th fosters collaboration with doctors, nurses and the relevant clinics to foresee the procedure in an ethical way. They are also bound by NDA's to be professional and discreet. There is to be mo tampering of any resources that will yield undesirable results etc. When Saturn in Aries firbly enters the 8th house Aries (8Aries cusp), theee is goimg to a renewal of purpose in your life. Ams my assumption is that it will be by then that this issue would be concluded. By "concluded", I mean that either there will be a child(as the outcome of the procedure) or a resolve towards something else. Either way, Saturn transiting 8th house would suggest that you have a renewed sense of purpose and are opening a new chapter in your life. Additional things to note is that transiting Uranus is still in your 10th house. So Uranus being there often suggests that things are very much "up in the air" in as far as one's direction in life is concerned i.e. one has to make a lot of contingency plans for "what if". So they can't commit to anything long term. And since Uranus transiting Tau is conj your natal Jupiter Taurus (which rules the 4th house of home and inner peace) there are things that are linked to uncertainty now that may be keeping you up at night. Some uncertainty in the domestic environment. This could be related to the while experience of the IVF treatment and added procedures (psychologically affecting you). But it could also mean that the arrival of a +1 in the family, changes the domestic environment and family structure (also a Uranus effect). Pluto is right on the cusp of the 5th house of children and 6th house of health. Not surprising as you health(6th) is imperative in being able to conceive a child (5th). As Plu retrogrades between the 1st and 3rd degree of Aqu,there will be a lot of issues surrounding your health (something about it being the point of preoccupation) as linked to your goal of kids. You may change your diet during this period i.e.lose weight, exercise more, have more doctor appointments, take more vitamins, watch what you eat and be mindful of psychological well-being etc. And the latter brings me to Neptune bridging on Pisces/Aries this year to inconjunct your Asc and semi sextile your Chiron in house 9. Spiritually you may be more open and feel more vulnerable. Your relationship with your belief system(house 9) may be affected. IP: Logged |

Pluto and Aries, thank you for the taking the time to write quite lengthy responses. I appreciate! I think the ultimate problem with me is my Cap Moon that sits opposite those Cancer planets. I keep swinging between heart (Cancer) and mind (Capricorn) and it's a constant battle. Even worse: I thought the "heart" was the moon but seeing as I have a Cap moon it's the other way around for me :-/ I do have those Cancer-mommy-take-care-of-feelings but then my brain does a U-turn and I become all business. And to Pluto: what's making me hesitant in my thought process is the fact that I don't feel 100% carrying on my mom's genes because there are plenty of , serious, mental illnesses there. IP: Logged |

I understand. I already had kids when my younger brother turned out to be schizophrenic. It’s in our genetics on my father’s side, his youngest brother also had schizophrenia. And lots of addictions in my bloodline as well, alcoholism being most common. Unfortunately, both my parents tried to drown their sorrows. I have been very open to my kids about this. So they understand my worries and fears, but also to inform them that “experimenting” might have more serious consequences for them than others because of their genetics. But there are always dangers, even if they had the best genetics ever. With my Virgo Moon and heavy Pluto influence, it’s been one of my lessons to go with the flow a bit more and not try to micro manage too much. It’s still work in progress. My grandmother on mother’s side had a Capricorn Moon and I adored her. I loved the stability she brought, I was always so at ease with her. My mother was mostly air, and even though I love communication (Virgo Moon square Gemini Mercury), my grandmother was definitely my safe space. So please don’t sell your Capricorn Moon short. Both my parents were earth voids which was challenging for me as an earth dominant. I felt very misunderstood. Did you analyze your parents’ charts? IP: Logged |
