What do you mean? Is this by aspect or transit?

Also, the interpretation of the aspect needs to be accurate. Whether something is acknowledged consciously (understood deeply) , will depend on how well it was explained.

If it's a Pluto transit trine to natal Venus, what is the orb? Is it separating or applying? Has the retro grade hit of Plu ( which happened twice already) passed its degree?

Additionally, what house is Venus in? What houses does it rule as per birth chart? Are there natal aspect that will negate or exacerbate the aspect? What were you expecting to happen? And are those expectations aligned to what Venus generally represents?

Most people expect Pluto to be this BIG event. Sometimes it is a HUGE event(when angular). But many other times, it is NOT one HUGE event.But rather a series of things over a longer period(6 months to 1 year) that occur and culminate towards something visceral.

Pluto is an outer planet transit.And true to its outer planetary motion,it tends to awaken deeply pent up feelings and emotions that have been stored over MANY years .

It is a type of "purging" or "spring cleaning" of the body by bringing things that one has underplayed or kept hidden, right up to the surface. Kinda like a sewage drain being cleaned out. And all toxins within it being purified.

Since it affects Venus,it will have everything to do with relationships that you are in (platonic, love and business) as well as the relationship you have with yourself I.e. how you "esteem" yourself (self esteem).

Have you been taken advantage of in relationships or taken advantage of others? Are there people in your life raising you up or riding you down? Are you still fine with how you look or looking to feel better about your age/weight ? Maybe take up gym? A wardrobe change ? Or more drastic measures like surgery?

These and other deep questions surrounding the themes of Venus will be asked by you to yourself. Or else (if not the reflective type) there will be external feedback from people that facilitate you asking these questions to yourself?

This transit tends to work in the background at 1st and the individual slowly feels themselves becoming increasingly sensitive to Venus themes (and the life areas in the chart that Venus is in and rules).

In women, it can greatly impact how they move(as women assert through Venus). So this will affect how they relate to themselves (self esteem).

In men, it tends to change the motivations and passions towards getting things. Their priorities/tastes shift and they are usually aroused by new passions and interests that they want to pursue I.e. men may become more fixated about getting certain Venusian related things OR be involved in Venusian related themes like never before.

When a faster moving planet acts in alignment with the effects of the above transit, then things can happen on a tangible level.

I.e. a Mars transit to 4th house for instance can have one feeling defensive and emotionally sensitive for the period that Mars is transiting house 4.

There could be fights with family members at the time, feeling like the domestic environment is hostile/ unsettled because of renovations to it. Lots of activity around the home because of an event (especially on the exact conjunction to IC ) etc.

If Pluto is also trine Venus during the time, the native may feel extra sensitive to the way the people interact with them. They may not be very "diplomatic" about feelings (once triggered), bring up old resentment and hurt feelings from past slights and rebuffs. Really clean the bucket out(so to speak) within that home environment (4th) in terms of the true state of their emotions towards the people concerned.

People can find the native's responses to "minor" disagreements had during that period too "extreme" and "confrontational". They may not understand that the outbursts are because of long- held emotions that stretch back years and even decades.
