When I was 4 or 5 at my Granny's, I saw a really big (well, for me) barn spider which scared me as it was so big, but Granny said she didn't kill it because they helped keep bugs away. This caused me to view it in a completely different light.Unfortunately, I then decided it SHOULD eat bugs so that I was catching grasshoppers, crickets, and the like and throwing them into its web. I remember the spider as getting very excited, like it couldn't believe it's luck, but after awhile it seemed to be like, "Enough already!" I saw myself as being nice to the spider. But years later I felt bad for the bugs I threw to it. IP: Logged |

Oh! MAJOR confession. This is so extreme that I wouldn't even mention it here, but years later I still get teased over this whenever I refuse to drink (or drink even more), so why not?As an adult I had too much to drink during a New Year's party. Apparently I had a fascinating conversation with someone over Thelema & Thelemites but I couldn't recall it later (the one I talked to did), which we did on the ride home by our designated driver. As we'd get to a home we'd all go in for a little while before continuing on. At my home, I was overwhelming tired, so while my roomie talked I went in to take a quick shower hoping it would wake me up. Last thing I remember is getting out and how good the steam felt to me. I woke up naked the next day. What I learned happened is that I went out carrying my towel but otherwise naked, dropped it on the floor, laid on the couch, put my head in my roomie's lap and promptly fell asleep. My roomie said that was the most successful conversation stopper she had ever seen. She chased them all out and walked me to bed to which I mumbled and walked along, but to this day I have no memory of it. I wish I could say the same for those who saw it. IP: Logged |

Btw, I've never seen the connection between nudity and sex (ie, that one must lead to the other). Since I was a child I've skinny dipped (including with guys--and no sex), saunaed naked (again with guys), and all that, and I really don't get why some people feel people will lose all impulse control or something. I guess because that's what they see happen on TV and movies all the time. They must think nude beaches and colonies are constant orgies. IP: Logged |

Accidents happen, WinkAway.Especially when you're six. So, have you become a vegetarian, to atone for your youthful blunders? Or did you have chicken last night?

MVM, I do feel bad for everyone involved in the situation. But thank you for "setting me straight" once again. Wink, yes, maybe I did overreact. I'm sorry if I made you feel bad. It just sounded really sad. IP: Logged |

The only person I ever saw "excited" on a nude beach was the only person who never took off their clothes. IP: Logged |

Yin, I'm sorry - I didn't mean to overreact either. I'm just hyper-sensitive to the whole confessional thing. IP: Logged |

I seriously would of considered sleeping with my college alegbra instructor just to get my damn degree, if he would of showed one ioda (iota?) of interest, AND if he would of put that in writing. (BTW, I told my spouse at the time, and he said, "if it stops you from bitching about Math, go for it.") *sigh* Still no degree. *Even though you made me wait TWO whole days to accept my proposal (making a double fire person wait, tsk, tsk, STILL, I will marry you, MVM.* We can watch Golden Girls until we are them. Gypsee!! I loved that show when it was on btw.. watched every freaking episode at least twice lol. Valus, Yin and whoever else I made sad at my chicken post.. I'm sorry that was upsetting. I was SO little at the time. I wasn't the one doing the "feeding" if it helps at all. The kid whose house we were at was about a year or so younger than I was. He carried the poor chicken around, I was following. At that age I remember thinking this wasn't right. And later as I got older I remember feeling terrible. But honestly, if my son had done something like that I'd probably feel awful for the poor kid's mom, but you can't help but snicker a little, because in their eyes it's all in innocence. So no, I didn't deliberately kill the chicken. In our eyes we honestly thought we were helping it...until we realized we killed it... And Valus.. I'm not vegetarian, but I'll admit that I think it's a great way of eating. After reading Star Signs..wasn't the chapter called An apple a day? I had strongly considered seriously giving it a try once. Aren't you fairly new to the whole vegetarian lifestyle? Kudos to you for being able to switch like that. With everything "they" do to meat before it reaches the shelves...even after.. it's kinda scarey to think about. Even veggies and fruits are tamperd with before it reaches the stores. Nothing is 100% fresh anymore unless you grow it. Dervish.. LMAO at your story. I needed a good laugh today IP: Logged |

worse than rolling some girl in your pee? come on....it can't be that bad!ok in 7th grade my girlfrind got into a fistfight with a boy, outside. I said, kick his ass, well the principals window was open, so she got suspended 3 days for fighting, and I got suspended 1 day for cussing. she got grounded. I stole my mothers mail key and played sick, got the notice from the school out and three days later, my mom said she would pay anyone who found her mail key, so since I had it all along...I found it. got 5 bucks for finding the key, and never got busted for the suspension. now that is trickery! my girlfriend was so mad that she got in trouble and i got paid. the ones that aren't telling are the ones i wanna hear. i imagine they are more like dervish, woke up naked in the neighbors yard kinda thing! everyone should probobly have one story like that.i snuck out of grammas house one night i was about 16. when i tried to get back in the window, someone had closed it and i bumped my head, so i had to go through the door around 4am. ugh! most people my age act like they never were young or did crazy stuff, but trust me they did. they dont like being reminded of it though. sometimes i have to remind my frieinds, you had your day, uh, i was there.. let them have thier fun! I nearly throttled my mother when I was a teen. I only loosened my grip on her when she pretended to faint. My father had to drag me off her. I felt like a vivisected animal, who had to fight to survive. We both have Moons in Scorpio. And no, we are not in touch, not for a long time. IP: Logged |

Ok how about this one. I was still free and wild in my younger days , and renting a house, which was up for sale. My agreement with a landlady was, that I would show the house to potential buyers. One night, I came back home from a date with a beautiful stranger on my arm, so we watched some blue movies and had fun in the living room. I remembered I had a viewing the next morning, so I pushed all the blue videos under the sofa, put away the wine glasses and we retired to the bedroom, feeling very drunk. In the morning, a big family turned up on my door step to view the house. I let them in and asked them to have a look around while I made them cups of tea. They went into the living room, promptly said "good bye" and left. Puzzled, I went into the living room myself only to discover a big PURPLE SPARKLY "toy" lying on the dining table. I tidied away everything else but left the damn thing lying there like a big purple candy right in the middle of the table. The big family never came back. And I never told the landlady the story.
